Waited for 10min to order in the drive thru, we ended up just leaving after the 4th song started playing. I asked if she was by herself she said it was very busy and had multiple orders. Well here is a picture of two people on break inside and one was smoking outside and only 2 people in the drive thru and two at the counter ordering and nobody sitting down besides the “workers” inside. I am not one to complain I’ll just wait or leave, but I asked if it would be easier if I came in and she said it wouldn’t make a difference. Just say that yall are all on breaks and I’ll just leave, since you wanted to lie now I’m gonna post with pictures as evidence of your lies.

Ordered breakfast sandwich to the digital mobile app. On arrival inside the store I was greeted by a homeless person walking around looking for things atmosphere was not good. Approach the counter multiple people in line. Manager seem confused and customers waiting for their order. When I approach the desk, they appeared not to know where my order was. When I showed them on my phone, they told me I needed to give them my name not the order number so I proceeded to give them my name and then they said they didn’t have the item which on my screen said that it was available 15 minutes prior to the time it was one I was standing in line.not a good experience at all. I told a manager they need to hire a security guard and clean up their act doing orders digitally is not that difficult other businesses do it all the time and it’s convenient.

I had to sit in there drive-through for about 25 minutes and I made a mobile order and called to see if I could come in and get the mobile order and the gentleman was very rude and said that the dining room closed yet it says that it’s open till 2 AM, people who make mobile orders should not have to sit in the lines. Today I went to this Burger King. There were two kiosks instead of humans and I asked the Black woman behind the counter if I could order in person. “Yeah, I can drop everything I am doing ” she replied in a very nasty way. “You have a problem taking an order” I said. And she replied “I can go back to doing what I am doing”. So I left the restaurant without ordering. I hope the district or territory manager read these reviews. You don’t have to be super nice, but you don’t have to be nasty to a customer who is just trying to place an order.

10 plus too Ariana. I went back in bc my coffee was warm, she was very kind, and didn’t hesitate to re do it, she said it will take 3 min I said ok, she was very nice and I said to her your nice and you don’t get too many employees like that. Times I gave food that was not right back at other BK and employees were nasty at Drive thru. Here she definitely gets a 10 plus. Ty ARIANA.

They make you wait to order. Wait to pay. And wait even longer to get your food. It’s ridiculous. I spend on average or 20-30 min waiting for food. Only fast food spot in area so not too many options for lunch.

Online order for the drivethru app as per my usual, but you would be surprised how many tines my order is still wrong…NOT HERE! I did feel like the the attitude of the staff reacting to my name was a bit rude but who cares at the end of the day, my food was made right (messy as hell but at least the ingredients were right) and hot/fresh. I don’t need a smile, i just need the food i pay for to be WHAT i paid for, and this location delivers

Would give 0 stars if I could worst service ever. Waited 17 minutes in drive through and then another 10 plus minutes inside just to get a medium frie and had to ask if someone would cash me out multiple times. The cashier was very rude I will be calling management as well. This location is terrible
