The service here was amazing and very welcoming, they bring you your food to the table when you’re dining in! They have the sauce stand and chips for the customers and everything is maintained clean. Oscar was wonderful and so kind and helpful! Thank you again Oscar! Today was my first time coming here and trying the food and I ordered a little bit of everything. I really enjoyed all my food. It was delicious and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Oscar was friendly and polite and made me feel right at home. The entire experience made for the ultimate comfort meal. I would definitely come back! I ordered a Jamaica Agua Fresca, the churros with the Cajeta filling, 4 pieces of their grilled chicken which was seasoned to perfection, and the Reggio platter which consisted of five tacos Al Pastor(my personal choice of meat out of 5 meat choices) two sides and three dipping sauces, as well as onions and a grilled jalapeño. I ordered rice, beans, and plantains for my sides. I loved that they offer plantains as a side dish as they are akin to yams/sweet potatoes in my culture and complete any meal for me personally. Like I said, everything was good, but my favorite was definitely the tacos Al Pastor probably because I’ve been craving them for a minute and they were also just genuinely really good!
Bonus: I ordered my food to go and I’m so glad that I did so that I didn’t feel the need to eat all cutesy and could really eat how I wanted to with my hands and mix my food which I think made it even better!

I had a very bad experience at the location on pioneer. They NEVER took my order they took way too long to acknowledge me and i really wanted some tacos for my husband and i since we always go and they are really good so we drove close by to their other location (cooper) and it was the best service by a long shot. Even the tacos tasted better the ones from pioneer are always greasy. I will now stick to going to cooper to grab our dinner. The tacos here are 10/10 and the service from the manager was awesome.

However the service is far from satisfactory. We placed an order, ended up being over $100, when we came to pick it up they’d already given out the order to a random person.
Now I’ve been in food service for over a decade. When you make a mistake you make it right. In this case simply remaking it would have been no issue.
Instead the Manager on Duty decided to argue with us for nearly 2 hours. In the end forcing us to pay AGAIN. No resolution reached.
This location definitely needs retraining from the bottom up. They ended up doing everything wrong customer service wise.

Never left a bad review but this time it’s getting ridiculous. Chicken is the only thing you make and I have to wait 45 minutes cuz there’s none! How do you run out and not know it until you are completely out. This has happened 3 times to me. First time waited 20 second time 30. This time I just drove

Be carful ordering food here put a $100 plus order here they ended up giving the food to another person without checking any information asked if they can remake us the order they said they couldn’t and no refund! We asked them if they could check the cameras they said they didn’t have the power to do that we asked them how they verified the correct person they said a person signed it wasn’t even the same name as the pick up order then proceeded to tell us the only way was to call the bank and to tell them to give us a refund at least could’ve given us a discount for the next order not even that.

I had the tacos here with moderate to low expectations (I was getting my car serviced next door), but it was actually good!!! The bathroom was clean, the service was so friendly, the portions were impressive, the grilled onions along with the fresh onion and cilantro were bonus, the horchata was very well balanced, and did I mention that it was good?
I would definitely go back.
