I dont normally write a bad review unless its really needed. But here we go. Ive been here twice and both times I’ve got hair either in my burger (today) or in my daughter’s burger (the first time we went about 2 years ago.) The floors are gross idk when they were cleaned last. The service is decent and theyre nice but the food quality and the cleanliness is 1 star. Thankfully today they gave me 50% off my burger that had a hair in it and cooked me another one….. yeah that burger comes off the bill when theres a GIANT BLACK HAIR IN IT.

Torn for the service rating. The server was absent like when my dad left for milk and cigarettes that one time 20 years ago and never came back. The manager, on the other hand, was fantastic and absolutely crushed it for us. She’s great and I included her card because she seemed to be the only one working that night and deserved the recognition. 10/10 for her.
The food was *fine*. The order was wrong—not the end of the world—but what we did get was *fine*. The garlic fries were a touch ABOVE *fine*. The burger I got was supposed to be spicy, but it, too, was just *fine*.
All in all, eating out is too expensive anymore to have these kinds of experiences. We haven’t been to a Red Robin in a hot while, but we’re not in a hurry to go back either.
Maybe we caught everyone on a bad night. Hopefully your visit is better.

We had an amazing experience. Our server was so awesome. Doing everything she could to make sure we got our orders. My son and I are Gluten-Free. So it was so nice to be treated in a kind manner. We’re not used to this when we go to restaurants so this was a nice feeling.

We went to this RR to meet some good friends for a meal out/birthday get together. Most everything was good including mostly our server, service and facility. The only thing that I hate and I harp about in allot of my reviews for restraunts is therrr lack of SPACE. Once again we were squeezing between chairs, other people and others trying to get to seats at our own table.quote annoying. Not everyone is skinny_mini toothpicks.
We’ve returned a few more times lately. Same issue if were the ones placed at tables in the middle. The big problem nowadays is the $$. Its gottenTOO expensive to be WORTH eating out. A simple burger with some fries mow reaching up to $20/+ . Thats ABSURD! and unless yur we’ll off financially starting already im sure these business are beginning to see downsize as it’s not worth the cost to go out to eat. I can much easier MAKE a meal even with higher cost of groceries and sit at my own house and eat in piece where im not being scooted by every few moments_ and its the waiters that are doing 98% of the scooting bys.

I had the schroom and swiss burger. Excellent flavor on the burger and the steak fries are always good. I was there during a rush so the wait was a little longer than I’d like it to be but, that can’t be helped. The server tending to my table was very nice and did her job very well.

This place was absolutely disgusting. $92 without tip for a horrible experience. Too many people not doing what they should be doing. The floors were disgusting. The lettuce was WARM at room temp which is ILLEGAL. The dirty floor is also ILLEGAL. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. When our daughter spilled her drink accidentally, we asked for napkins and weren’t given any until I asked another server for some and she even sent another person to bring them. The waitress kept taking orders knowing we spilled and asked for napkins. The second time it got knocked over, this time the lady was sweet and helped immediately. She had beautiful beads in her hair. Overall we definitely won’t be back. They weren’t super busy either. The amount of fries put on the plate was only 7 fries total. Red Robin is known for fries and burgers and you screwed up on both. The corn dogs were even burnt. And then, before we left, the waitress after asking if we wanted more fries and we said no. Still sent more fries. We were never visited to see if we were good until we were done. The burgers didn’t have much taste. I don’t leave negative reviews much. Especially as a former restaurant owner, waitress, busser, dishwasher. I have worked every position. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND LEFT US FEELING GROSS.

Came in one night after me and my man both got off work and neither one of us had ate all day so we were starving. He got a burger and fries and I should have but I ordered clucks and fries which was one of my favorites and I hadn’t had it in a long time. The chicken strips tasted weird and I couldn’t even get through one strip smoothly without biting into hard pieces and nasty tasting spots. The server didn’t offer me more water, didn’t ask if I wanted more fries. I had to tell him about my chicken strips and he took one back to replace it even though I had already picked apart 2. He gave me a new one but that’s about the only time he came back (too busy cleaning out the ice cream machine and not checking on his section). He said he talked to the manager and the manager offered to give us 25% off for the situation. I told him I wanted my chicken strips taken off as I couldn’t eat all of them and I didn’t want anything now because I was worried I was going to get sick. He had the manager come by which had also been standing there the whole time I told him what was going on with my chicken strips and said he could take off the meal (which is what should of been offered in the first place). The last handful of times we’ve came to this location the food hasn’t been the best, this is the first time the service wasn’t great either. I don’t think I will ever eat at this location again if I ever choose to eat at a Red Robin again honestly. Super disappointed.

Waitress was great in the bar. Food was a little slow with the sweet potato fries not even warm. We ate them cold and requested another order of fries. It was over 10 minutes to just get fries and they brought the regular fries instead. I explained to the girl that brought them that they were the wrong fries. She said she would get the sweet potatoe fries for us. 15 minutes goes by and no fries so we checked out and left. If you are providing bottomless fries I would think a more timely time would be 5 minutes. Very disappointed in Red Robin today. Once again the lack of service let us down. Service was a major problem at this location 3 years ago after I received very poor service for 3 visits in a row. I quit coming here for 2 years and when I came back the service was great.
