Nice and friendly waitress but the wait and food was a disappointment not edible. With only 1 order for just myself it took 30min and the pancakes and toast came out looking like this and a 20% discount that did not fix the problem.

Pretty good. Server was absent much of the time. We both ordered banana bread, she brought one of us dinner rolls and we told her as soon as she sat them down. She said OK and never came back until she dropped the check on the table as she breezed past. Wanted to get some soup to go, but had to order it at the counter when I payed the bill.

I was trying to order carryout. The website menu did not have an option for home fries as a side with the sandwich. There were tons of other choices including mashed potatoes, but not home fries which is to my mind their signature potato. If I only got the sandwich with no side I would have paid the same price as with the side. Plus, I’d pay an additional &2.99 to get a separate side of home fries. So I decided to call and put my order in by phone instead. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they answered and then back on hold another two and a half minutes before she came to take my order. When I told her I wanted a Farmhouse Fried Chicken Sandwich, she asked if I wanted French fries, mashed potatoes, or home fries with it. Why wasn’t home fries on the website option menu? In the time I sat on the phone waiting for an answer and to put my order in, I could have ordered online, gone to the restaurant, and picked up my food already. They need to double check the options on their online ordering menu. I tried to contact Bob Evans corporate directly through their website but there’s no email to do that with. They just give you their social media pages.

Went on Veterans Day which we knew it was going to be busy, my mother in law and nephew met us there and she checked in, after we got there we got passed up by multiple other groups because the hostess wasn’t keeping track of people coming in. So we waited another 20 minutes to be seated. After finally getting seated the hostess doesn’t ask about a booster chair of high chair even though we have a two year old with us. Our waitresses still hadn’t came over so I asked the hostess after she sat another group of people to bring us a high chair. The waitress that finally came over, I don’t remember her name but she was the only person with blue hair. She took our order and did not come back until 30 minutes after and my husband wanted to see if him putting his head down would finally get her to come back over and give us some kind of ETA about our food. IT WORKED!! She finally come over and told us it would be coming out very shortly. I went to the bathroom thinking very shortly would be about 5 minutes, WRONG! We waiting another 20 minutes for no food and no waitress check in. At this point I was finally over it and once again asked the hostess for help. I asked her if she could tell our waitress that we want our food to go because other things seem to be a higher priority. She came back and told me that they were getting it ready to go now. This was the only 3 time our waitress had came over to our table and it was to drop the food off. Both me and my husband work in customer service and this is not acceptable, we seen the manager walking around and apologizing to other people for the wait but we were in the Bob Evan’s from 10:45am-12:15pm, no I’m sorry for the wait, no I’m sorry how can we make it better, nothing. Couldn’t even pay me to take the 1 star review away with the service we just had.

Oue food was cold after waiting 25 min for it. Waitress never came back to table. I did get the attention of 1 waitress who came over. I said im sorry I cant get my waitress attention and she said well shes right there.i stated she would not look at us. Our food is cold. She did take it back to whomever. After that we tried to get her attention for refills. No luck again. So we called them on the phone while we were there because no one would even look at us. It was a bad experience all the way around. Will be along time before I go back again if ever.

I had an early morning meeting for my restaurant training team, and decided to get them Bob Evans catering. And it was all excellent! Awesome amount of scrambled eggs, delicious French toast, crispy bacon, and phenomenal biscuits. I had less people show up for my meeting than expected, and they still ate all the food. And I came in under budget with the selection. Great job, I’m sure due to a great team!

Thanksgiving feast was excellent, wasn’t ready at pick up time but very understandable. Took about 10 mins to be acknowledged while a older gentleman was standing at the podium to be seated. Looks like this location unfortunately runs short staffed unlike the central Ave location. Usually go to this location for pick up since it’s close to home.

Jump on over to this Bob Evans location. We were just passing through and thought we were stopping for a quick dinner. It took a moment before someone came to seat us, but once we hit the booth, the fun began. Roger was our server, and it was an absolute delight. Around us were several single diners, some who seemed to be regulars, and Roger kept things moving with an upbeat attitude and energizing vibe. Conversation was shared across the section, as was the laughter. It was one of our best meals, and we may be back with the simple hope of coming across Roger again.
