DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 5 Reviewer in Oklahoma for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: Chick-fil-A has messed up my order the past 3 times I’ve visited this location. First, I’d like to preface with the food is not the problem. I enjoy their chicken wrap, the nuggets combo, and the southwest salad above all. And their sauces and dressings are delicious. However, back to the main issue: wrong orders received. On one order, I requested the creamy salsa but they gave me ranch. I can’t stand ranch dressing so I threw it away and ate the salad without any dressing. The next visit, I ordered a large unsweet tea but they gave me a sweetened one. Again, I had to pour it out and throw it away. The most recent time I visited, I ordered the chicken wrap al a carte (not in the combo). They charged me for the combo. All 3 of these experiences were through the drive-thru. I’m disabled; therefore, the parking at this location is terrible because their disabled spots are nestled in with two drive-thru lanes that are normally very busy, therefore, I always use the drive-thru. Otherwise, it’s dangerous and difficult to get from the parking to the front door of the restaurant. I know we all love Chick-fil-A for their fast service, but I’m thinking they may need to slow it down so that they do better at getting the orders correct. I’m disappointed and a little upset that I keep having to throw out food/beverages because they give me the incorrect ones. If I ever return, I’ll definitely check my order before driving away. May I suggest you do the same.

This chickfula is like no other, with their outstanding workers, service, and food, there is no beat. we went on 2/2/26 and it was a spirt night for school. I never got to see his name tag, but he was sweeping the floor and cleaning up a ton. this guy should be well praised for his work. we got our food 15 mins after we ordered using the app at our table. instant seating. noise was loud but there were a bunch of kids there, so I will pass it off. food was delicious. I had chicken sandwich deluxe meal with med lemonade. incredibly good. atmosphere was same as it was. BUT the packing on the food was new. Overall, everything was amazing!

Literally the best fast food place I’ve ever been to. The food was great and came out before I even got to my seat, and the service is absolutely incredible. These are the kindest employees I’ve ever met. The only complaint is that they can only accept cash tips but it’s worth it to carry around 20$ for these people.

One of THE best shops I think I have ever been too! I’m telling you, they strive to see you order your food and have it within no time! But I will also have to say, if you dine in, they also strive to make sure you are taken care of, and succeed to make you feel at home. The crew is so quick and efficient, and the most friendly I’ve seen a minute. I don’t live locally but I work locally. There is a closer one by my work, but I’d choose this location any day, every time! I do have to point out a couple different people that I look forward to seeing every time I come! Of course I love the care and generosity everyone has shown to me, but Miriam, Olivia, and Javier are the ones that have been so friendly and considerate anytime I talk to them. I’m a very indecisive person, so when I’m in line trying to decide what I want, they’re there giving recommendations, and seeing how they can help me the best way they can! Take my word for it, this location is one of the newest ones but by far takes the cake for best location I’ve ever been too!

Love this place and the people. Always a great experience, even though it’s just fast food, and your in the drivethrough for less than 5min every time, no matter how long the line is. Everyone you come in contact with is either smiling or telling you have a nice day. Seriously, shout out to all the employees that work for Chick-fil-A.

As a Retired Veteran, I enjoy patronizing establishments that recognize our service by offering a ‘Military/Veterans Discount’. Although Not expected, but enjoyed & appreciated none-the-less.
I share these places with other veterans so that they may visits these businesses as well.
Apparently only ‘some’ Chik-fil-A locations offer a discount. The 41st & Yale store does NOT offer any discount, according to the manager ‘Winnie’.
Worth noting that this location does not support veterans like some other locations do. Noted.
(And my order was cold, wrong & they forgot to give me my 8ct nuggets, lol! Thanks Alan! )

I drove through and ordered food and and a sweet tea. My food order was correct but I did not get sweet tea. It looks like I got half lemonade and half tea, which was gross. This is not the first time they’ve gotten all or part of my order wrong this is ridiculous. I’m not eating there for a long time if ever.

I went this morning and went thru the drive thru. Made my order, ordered a #6 and #3 for breakfast and I got my ordered when I pulled up. I got home without checking the bag, items were missing. I called and I got no response. I did not get a receipt in the bag either , even if I made a complaint. I’m honestly not worried about $6 dollars, but they should really make sure ALL items are in the bags before taking them to customers. I am trusting them for items that I paid to be in the bags. This has happened before at this location.
