Went through to thrive through at 6:30 this morning to go get pancakes. I looked in the bag and it had a sticker on there that says use first and I took one of the pancakes out, tried to bite into it knocked it on my steering wheel and it made a noise Hard as a rock… Went to take it back, show the manager, her and the other person that was at the window were in complete utter shock. The manager went back there to go Take care of the issue she apologized and gave me a remake of the order. I just wanted to say please keep her as a manager absolutely love that energy and that’s the way a business should be ran. As for the food, why are you serving food that has sitting out for hours I thought you’re supposed to make fresh food. Do the health violations I’m pregnant and that probably could’ve gotten me sick. I don’t need anything,That’s not fresh. It wasn’t anybody’s fault, but the cooks and those pancakes were not normal sized McDonald’s pancakes by the way they were probably the smallest I’ve ever gotten from them. But thank you for fixing it. I don’t know the manager’s name.

Fries are cold, old, and I feel sold. No sauce….. No sauce…. How you gonna eat a nugget with no sauce? Snack wrap was decent, after you get past the treacherous tortilla to itty bitty chicken witty nugget in that Joe. The Dr. Pepper… it was cool.

I absolutely love coming to this McDonald’s location! Every time I visit, the employees are so friendly and welcoming—it really makes my day. I always order the fish sandwich combo meal, and it’s consistently fresh and delicious.
The parking lot and the outside areas are spotless, which shows how much pride they take in keeping everything clean and inviting. It’s always such a refreshing experience to walk in here. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a consistently pleasant atmosphere!

This McDonald’s was a complete joke. We waited over 30 minutes for food that was literally sitting right there ready, and NO ONE bothered to hand it to us. Most of the workers were just standing around talking and doing nothing, while customers got more and more frustrated. The manager had to step in and do their jobs because they clearly didn’t care.
Shoutout to the three workers who were actually trying — they were the only ones doing anything while the rest just wasted time.
It wasn’t just us — a bunch of people were complaining because nobody was getting their food. This place is lazy, unprofessional, and straight-up disrespectful to customers. I will never waste my time here again.

My husband and I doordashed mcdonalds and when we got our food it was missing a burger & two fries. Our doordasher also spilled our coke all over the inside of our bag and it leaked so bad our 2 burgers was soaked.. (not mcds fault, i know) its a Friday night and mcdonalds was absolutely chaotic when I showed up to get our food fixed.. I was extremely irritated and unhappy. But I want to say thank you to the kind manager women with pink/purple hair. I do not know your name but I really wanted to say Thank you. She was sweet and understanding. She fixed our order and I would say -The service in person was good. Y’all better give her a raise and some recognition. She gets the brunt of people’s unsatisfactory. She handled the situation the best she could’ve. Thank you ma’am!!

My trip here the other night was absolutely horrible! When I asked about the order I was picking up the lady working the register told me “I am going to tell you the same thing I told the last customer, I DON’T KNOW!” They were throwing bags up on the counter and wasn’t calling any names or numbers! Just stating what was in some of the bags! I waited for a half hr and had to cancel my order because the food I was picking up for my job hadn’t even started being prepared yet! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced in my life! They need a good manager to come and run that place! Because the one running it 10/21/25 around 8ish p.m. was NOT professional nor the one young cashier! She needs let go honestly because you DO NOT speak to any customer the way she did to me! I wasn’t even rude by any means! I just asked about the order I was supposed to pick up for my customer! ♀️

Only received half of what was ordered on DD. 1 sandwich was missing and 1 sandwich was supposed to be a Bacon Dbl Qtr cheese without a bun. There was no bacon or condiments on the sandwich. Just because no bun is ordered doesn’t mean the person doesn’t want condiments on the sandwich. Do better McDonald’s!
