I visited this location on 4/3/25 and let me just say….
I love Aiberto’s!!! The food is always made fresh and HOT. The flavors are outstanding and the prices are fair, not exceeding the overall average that other food places charge but one thing is consistent, I can always guarantee the food will be on point! I ordered an Oregon Burrito w/Xtra cheese and a chicken quesadilla. SO
Additionally, I love my green sauce. Like y’all don’t even know. So when I asked for “a bunch” of green sauce…. well…. this was exceeding my expectations!!! My little grew 2 sizes bigger that night.
Last but certainly not least, this food joint stays open 24hrs THIS IS CRUCIAL PEOPLE!! Especially on the north side of Salem why nothing stays open past 10pm is beyond me but Aiberto’s DOES!

Just had there tacos for the second time and man they’re soo good and huge! Me and my son really love this place he said the decorations and everything in the building is perfect. Tino was at the front counter and he is super nice, if I remember right he took his time to explain all the sauces to us last time we were there. his customer service is spot on.. thank you tino and abiertos staff for the great experience

I woke up this morning craving a breakfast burrito. I did some research since I haven’t had one since moving her last April. This place had the best reviews, at least I couldn’t find anyone who hated it. I was so happy that I decided to try it.
The service was great, very friendly. The burritos lived up to the expectations. The only thing negative was they could have used more seasoning. I will definitely go here again.

I’ve only come here a couple of times in the last week. Newly discovered place in Salem, via work . . I was impressed with the size and weight of the beef burrito that I ordered each time. Mine also included guacamole sauce and pico de gallo, standard. Only $9.°°. . and it’s HUGE!
When I got home, I cut the burrito into 3rds and dolled this up with melted cheddar cheese, avacado and tomato slices (pictured) I also put some hot pepper oil and green chili salsa on there. Super yummy good. Friendly service and drive thru and interior open 24 HOURS! LOVE IT!
I can’t wait to try some of their other items.

Good old average taco joint. The food was ok, nothing special. The facility was pretty, well, let’s just say it wasn’t clean. I took a look in the kitchen while ordering and I hope this review reaches someone who can do something about it because if it wasn’t the end of the night and the only place open I would’ve gone somewhere else. I was surprised it passed code, if it did…. I didn’t stay to finish my meal because there were a lot of folks riding bikes checking out my truck with tools in the back. This place has a lot of room for improvement.

This has been my go to taco/burrito spot for 22 years and counting.
Is it fancy?, absolutely not! But its wonderful nonetheless!
I will wake up in the middle of the night (2-3am) and drive 45 minutes from portland down to salem for a burrito.
They have been a staple in my life and have been proudly serving salem for what seems like forever. I tell people about this restaurant constantly, as they have made a lasting impression on myself and countless people I know from the salem/keizer area.
God bless this restaurant, the owner and the tireless dedication of all of its employees!

Breakfast burritos never disappoint! Worth every penny of the $8 price tag for sure. Will be back. We always come back!!

Service was normal and the atmosphere was fun(played club like music), but this is the 3rd time I’ve been here and the carne asada burrito I had tasted like they forgot the seasoning. Food was incredibly bland. The burrito was also soggy and poorly wrapped. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place the food is very very tasty o.m.g now im craving it while writing this im thinking of the shredded beef enchiladas with rice and beans oooo ya so amazing they are amazing staff the place is open 24/7 im thankful for that I’ve been here day night it doesn’t matter I usually order another plate for later it’s in a great location it could have a little re-vamp but I love the food but ya fix up the inside a little…ok well im going right now time to munch on some of this amazing food right now
