Take home wings were burnt (see photo). I used a Ruby’s rewards and got them at a discounted price. If i had paid the $14.99 for 8 burnt wings I would have returned to the restaurant and requested a new order.
This is the closest Ruby’s to my home and it is 25 miles away. I will make sure i check a to go order before leaving.

Ribeye was ordered medium. It was chewy and cheap tasting. Definitely well done. The young server was kind and did her best, but inexperienced with the menu items and was bombarded with tables.
The booth was worn and gross. It was greasy on the other other side.
The mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, and chicken tenders were good though! Also the diet coke was on point!

Upon arrival (approx 7:45 pm on Saturday) one couple was waiting to be seated. They warned us they had already waited 10 minutes. The restaurant was not busy.
Reluctantly we stayed anyway and were seated in a few minutes. The hostess seemed bothered to have to deal with customers. After being seated (in a booth with ripped seats) we were told our waitress would be with us “shortly”. After 10 + minutes sitting in our booth, hungry, we were never greeted by a waitress nor had any contact with any staff. Our prospects of getting fed didn’t look good and we left.
No one seemed to notice.
Staff seemed incapable and the impression was a business going under.

The food was delicious, however it took about 35 minutes to bring out. Our waitress was horrible, she wasn’t very polite, we asked for another drink, which she totally forgot until she brought us the check. It took her 20 minutes to bring us 1 to go box back. The restaurant it self was not very busy at our arrival time nor when we left. Not sure they were under staffed or what was going on. Hopefully our next visit will be a better experience.

I have been to the one in sheffield Ohio multiple times. The Salad bar is always good and kept up very well. However I called ahead to order Tuesday special for lunch.. picked it up was made totally wrong and barely any fries, so I called and spoke to Joe GM very nice and willing to fix order. So I called in after work to get order remade. Get there order not ready and had to wait 45 minutes for my cheeseburger and fries and chicken sandwich. For to go orders this is a true problem at this location. This isn’t the first time. This is a convenient place and affordable but from now on if not getting salad bar guess I won’t be ordering .

Ordered a NY strip with shrimp. Came with 5 shrimp and basically paid $1 for each shrimp. When they brought our food out, we thought it was a joke because of the way it was presented and what we got for the price. ordered a site of mashed potatoes and it was only about three spoons of mashed potatoes on the plate. It was lacking flavor no seasonings on it. Supposed to have been garlic shrimp, and it was just basic shrimp i ordered a triple smash burger. The burger was lacking flavor as well. Weighted fifteen minutes to get our drinks. Someone a few tables over kept having stuff in their food. They spoke with a manager about it. The restrooms were also filthy.It was an overall terrible experience.We will not be going back.Do not recommend at all!! Only positive thing was the food came out hot in the steak was actually cooked.How we wanted it.

Walked in, right away we were confused on seating, there was not a “wait to be seated” sign or a “seat yourself.” They were not busy, yet no one acknowledged us. The podium was right there with the table chart, so I assumed someone would seat us. We stood there for about 5-7 minutes until we decided to just find a seat. After another 5-7 minutes, someone finally came over and asked if we had been helped. Ended up doing the salad buffet add-on, what a joke, it was not good at all. The food was mediocre, and the service was horrible. I asked for a different flavor of tea because I didn’t see the extra drink option menu, and she stated it would be an upcharge, I told her that was fine and she never brought one out. I don’t know if it was just the day or if this location is usually like this, but I don’t think we will waste our time or money. It’s pretty spendy too! Almost 50 bucks for 2 people, a Philly cheese steak & a chicken sandwich. I believe the salad bar add was $5.

The food here was really good, as was the service. The building has seen better days, but I wouldn’t let that dissuade you from eating there. My salmon was perfect.

Standing at the door while employees walk by and no seats us. General manager is arguing with someone and the hostess is saying she’s done working wow hope the food is better. Shawna our waitress is awesome so that’s a plus

Bad. Bad. Bad. Server barely served, inattentive, not rude but indifferent. Took our order and brought water then never saw her again. She had said there were only two servers working, but it wasn’t even busy?? I would cut someone some slack if place was filled up. After a long while the Manager brought out our food (which you could tell had been sitting in window..) we had ordered beer with meal, never brought out. Our server had disappeared, never came back to table to check up. We were starving and ate all the food. To be fair the food was actually decent. We were done with meal and I just asked someone to send the manager back out so we can get beers removed from check and settle tab. Our waitress finally appears (with the manager) asking what’s wrong? Like we were being unreasonable?? Uhhh we really thought she had gone home manager was very nice to take an entree off tab. He kinda seemed embarrassed. Just overall poor experience, I work too hard for my money to waste it on this place. We won’t go back. Lesson learned.
