They have so many workers which is great but been frustrating last few times of them goofing around and not delivering orders or even staying on top of things. Our custard mixers sat on the counter for 10 minutes. The last two times these also have only had toppings at the top and nothing as you eat the rest.
The Mac & cheese isn’t worth trying. Doesn’t look anything like they advertise. Didn’t get a full side worth.

Milkshake of the past dense legend is still circulating in the rivers and lakes, in a hurry? drive-thru speed is comparable to the F1 tire change ~ fast food control of the taste salvation, locking this American calorie mania!

One of the best fast food establishments you can go to. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, as I always have been.
They didn’t rush my order, small as it was. I ordered a chocolate Snickers concrete mixer. Goodness it hit the spot perfectly.
Every Culver’s I have ever been to is clean, the staff is kind and professional, and the food is always spot on. (ESPECIALLY their frozen custard.)
I also witnessed what might have been a manager, or shift lead, training a new team member. I didn’t get a good look, but I think his name tag said Daniel.
The way he spoke to the new hire, you can tell they respect their staff and treat them well.
I’ve been to dozens of Culver’s and never had a bad experience. This visit was no different.

Always great. The young man wining on us even suggested the fish sandwich to my daughter eating there for the first time. For fast food to bread their own cod is really impressive and it tastes great!

They were so busy tonight. We waited in line with a steady stream of at least 6 cars. Even though we ordered quite a bit of food, the wait wasn’t long. The service was great, they are really efficient with making sure the order is correct. Our food was also warm and good quality. I love this location, they never disappoint.

Well, stopped in this evening for my first ever butter burger….when I pulled in, I was like, wow, this place must be great, as the parking lot was packed and the drive thru was very busy.
Underwhelming/disappointing, the two words I would use. I knew something was off when I drove away, noticing the bag wasn’t even lukewarm to the touch. The burgers I ordered were barely even room temp. Cheese wasn’t melted at all, patties were room temp. The color on the hamburger patty was excellent, but again, not enjoyable because they weren’t even warm.
