I really wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a mobile order that I placed and I’m kind of use to sitting in the line for maybe 20 mins it’s late I get it but to be in drive thru for an hour and receive some mess is unacceptable!! This is by far the worse McDonald’s. I came back to get a remake on my order the young lady told me they don’t have anyone to make food so I asked a for refund you told me it would be a wait on that as well and couldn’t give me a time. What type of mess is that. So being that I can’t do the refund through the app I’m coming back tomorrow morning to get my money back. Look at the photos

Worst drive through ever! Last year they acted closed. Today? They are still slow? 3 cars in front of me! Hire people! What’s going on? Ordered online and went in to pick up the order. Had to wait a long time over 10 minutes. The drinks had no ice and there was no ice in the machine in the lobby. Sweet tea had no expiration date on it. The grossest thing was a mobile order to go, like a Uber eats, and it was sitting on top of the trashcan waiting to be picked up. Was there when I came in and was still there when I left. Our food was cold and our drinks were warm. The service was horrible and the girl in the drive-through the whole 15 or 20 minutes that I was there. Definitely cannot recommend This McDonald’s what a horrible experience.

I wish I could upload videos, because I had to record it because I couldn’t even believe how SLOW AND TERRIBLE the employees are, and straight up ignored me… I went there to pick up a door dash, and I used my points on my app to get a free cheeseburger… I didn’t get EITHER of the things I went for. So my points are gone and I didn’t get my cheeseburger, and I didn’t pick up my door dash…. I was there for probably about 30+ minutes waiting at the window they make you go to when you have a mobile order or a door dash… multiple other dashers also left… the line quickly piled up because they are so slow… a man even came outside who worked there and tried to come in the front door which is literally right next to the door dash window I was standing at… I told him “hi, I’ve been here waiting for a while. I have a door dash and a mobile order.. HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. And then when he went in (because they have the doors locked so nobody can go in) I help the door open and asked all the other employees that were sitting there as well. And they didn’t say anything either. they will just stare at you and say nothing.. I normally don’t write reviews but my experience here was SO BAD I just had to.

Long story short every time you go to this McDonald’s it’s the slowest moving process you will ever experience. Management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and not responsible. It takes 10 minutes just to put your order in in the drive-through while sitting there waiting on them to ask you what would you like? Then you’ll sit in line for another 30 minutes. At least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got to the window and was asked if I had a mobile order. I did not. She then asked what I ordered and proceeded to punch in the order. So now I have to wait longer because the order wasn’t even placed. Once I get my food I have to wait longer to get my drink as she walked away, drink was already poured. Go to grab a couple fries as I’m pulling away and they’re luke warm. Haven’t had McDonalds in maybe a year and decided last minute to pop by cause who doesn’t love to have smoldering hot salty McDonald’s fries! Incredibly disappointed that I wasted my time and got sub par food. Almost unreal how terrible of an experience this was

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, waited 15 mins in drive through. Asked the lady if it was the right sandwich, she looked at me like I’m an idiot, only to get the wrong sandwich. It’s was egg and sausage with 1/2 piece of bacon crammed into it.

Ugh, why do I continue to put myself through the misery of coming back here? Because my kid wants a happy meal and I live close.
This is the most mismanaged location I’ve come across. I’ve never ordered a meal that wasn’t messed up in some fashion, staff is rude and it doesn’t matter if there’s only 1 person in front of you, you best be prepared for a 30min wait.

I’ve been here several times and ordered basic menu items and had to pull around and wait at least five sometimes 10 minutes and the food is awful. Mind you it’s McDonald’s, but this is the worst of the worst. I added tomato to my McChicken and it was a mealy little pickle sized tomato that looked like it came from the garbage can.
