We’ve been coming to Florida for many years and always look forward to eating at the Longhorn. However, we’ve never experienced such bad food and such poor service. Since we didn’t want to sit at the bar, we were initially seated right in front of the restroom. The table was so dark that we couldn’t have seen the food. The waiter took our food and drink orders. Then, after the drinks arrived, nothing happened for quite some time, and then everything came at once: bread, appetizer, main course. When we pointed this out, all we got was, “I’m sorry.” And now for the quality: the spicy chicken bites were swimming in sauce; we’re used to better. My medium-well steak was cooked well, but the baked potato was dry because it didn’t have enough butter and sour cream. Since we had to leave the appetizer to enjoy our main course while it was still warm, there was no point in taking the appetizer with us, as it was completely soaked in sauce. The coleslaw, advertised as a new addition to the menu, tasted nothing like I expected, but that’s a matter of personal taste. The service was good; the food arrived as ordered (bread, appetizer, and main course). We were at the Longhorn in Fort Myers for the last time today.

The spicy chicken bites are great! According to my fiancé they have a little heat to them but the flavor is amazing and not just a hot sauce taste, I would recommend them. The salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The brussels sprouts were okay and needed more flavor in my opinion and next time I will get the mashed potatoes! They were so creamy and fluffy and we just had to add a little salt and pepper to make them perfect. We come every 6 months or so and I look forward to returning again!

Absolutely fantastic food, but even better service! This is exactly how a restaurant experience should be. We’re so bummed to be flying home tomorrow, because if we ever come back, this is the first restaurant we’d head to!
Our server was incredibly nice, and the manager greeted us so warmly. We felt completely well taken care of and professionally treated. Unfortunately, one piece of meat wasn’t quite right – but it was no problem at all! We received a new piece without a moment’s hesitation. That’s truly outstanding!

The food was amazing the Jeff really know how to cook his steak. I ordered a ribeye steak with bones and my daughter ordered a lambs chop and their both were cooked Perfectly, exactly how we wanted it. Also our server Harold was incredibly knowledgeable about the food. All the recommendation was on point and was great. The only downsize that I encounter this place where that the host counter area there was three small vacuum – when you walking in the restaurant, The first thing you see is those vacuum cleaner, and also there is a uncomfortable smell through the restaurant that is very unpleasant while eating. Thank you Harold for your amazing customer service!

A coworker and I went to Longhorn Steakhouse spur of the moment, and everything was great. My ribeye was perfectly grilled, and the macaroni and cheese was excellent. We ate at the bar, and the bartenders were on top of everything. Keep up the great work!

Food was really good and the service was great! Please ask for Jenn! She was our waitress and she definitely has what it takes for us to drive an hour away, AGAIN! She made sure our steaks were at the temps we asked for, were never without beverages and all our dining needs were met.
