When arriving in the drive thru, the lady taking my order kept messing up. I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted. #3 classic burrito with beans, extra hash, extra egg, and easy cheese. I repeated my self like four times. As I arrive to the window, I paid and was told to go to the front of the store and wait and that they’ll have it out shortly. I waited for 20 minutes just to get one burrito. ONE BURRITO! There was just one guy ahead of my order waiting as well. As I opened my burrito. It was just falling apart. The tortilla was so soggy and my burrito was cold. The potatoes in my burrito weren’t cooked right and everything just tasted gross. Not good. I even bit into a egg shell. Will never come back to this place.

The wait time was twenty minutes for an NM-style burger without green chile. NM burger without green chile?? I had to inquire, and it was found in the warmer. The establishment was unoccupied. I do not recommend this venue. The burger had a ton of mustard. I think they gave me another person’s meal and mine to that person.

Got 4 breakfast burritos today and they are all mini like McDonald’s jr burrito!! Pretty embarrassing for Blake’s, there dry, tiny, no chili sauce!! All we could taste was hash browns and tortilla….. This establishment either had new associates or y’all cut ingredients in half because we just got the same burritos a few days ago and they were definitely NOT tiny like this!! My 60 dollars just went in the trash!!

These “sweet crackers” are what they’re talking about when they ask if you want cookies or fries with the kid’s meal. Disappointing. They don’t appear to offer the seasoned fries anymore (not sure when they changed the menu). Also, the amount of food you get for the price you pay is unreal. Blake’s just isn’t affordable anymore and the quality is way downhill.

Just because they serve breakfast all day doesn’t mean its good. I waited an unnecessary amount of time for a burrito smaller than my hand! I ordered extra chili in my #1 and got none at all, I ordered a #2 with extra chili and got no chili and no sausage, I ordered a large seasoned fry and had to sent the girl back in there for it because it wasn’t in my to go bag even after waiting 10-15min. This was the last time I will ever go to Blake’s. This location in specific always messes up they forget at least 2 items EVERYTIME. skip this place and find your nearest Stripes they are way more worth it. These are $3 burritos being charged for $7 0/10

This specific location is horrible in their customer service and in their order accuracy. I placed an order online thinking I would be able to get the food without the long wait. When I arrived to pick up which was even 30 minutes after submitting the order, I sat at the drive up window for about 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. All they needed to do was hand me my food that was just sitting there and they wouldn’t even open the window. I tried to get their attention and they just ignored me and then got mad at me like I was being unreasonably impatient. Then, when I finally received my order, everything was incorrect. This place has disappointed me multiple times so I will not be coming back. I urge you to look for a different Blake’s because this place has horrible customer service, very long wait times, and the food is always made incorrectly. That has been my experience multiple times unfortunately.

This location of Blake’s is not up to the standards of other locations. The difference is immediately apparent in the presentation and behavior of the staff. Unlike other Blake’s restaurants where employees are neatly dressed with tucked-in shirts, name tags, and hats worn correctly, this location has a more casual and unprofessional appearance. The staff’s demeanor is also noticeably less respectful.
