Food was great, but service was lousy. Got off work at 11pm and went to this location for dinner w/ my husband. When I ordered, the woman who was taking it asked what sauce I wanted, I’m hard of hearing and have delayed processing as well, she scoffed when I asked her to repeat herself. When I got to the window, I had a slightly difficult time getting my card out of my wallet to pay and she said “so stupid” under her breath and laughed to herself about it, I will not be going to this location again sadly. I’m not sure what she has going on in her life to be rude to anyone, but I hope it gets better. And for the employee, I hope you had fun with your laughing at a woman younger than you just because she has struggles. And whoever packed my bag put a box of fries upside down directly into the bag

Food is nasty. Chicken has hard chewy pieces in it and the rest is cold and pink McChicken and chicken nuggets are not cooked well. Fries are cold and stale. Burgers are not cooked all the way or warm. Employee’s are not well maintained and look like they haven’t showered in a year or to. They are to nasty to be serving food to others. Customer service sucks

Worst mcdonalds of Greeneville. Never has anything ready, always makes me pull up to the 3rd window to wait for simple items, always out of items asked for or puts wrong items in bag constantly… gives unsweet tea instead of sweet….common for them to not answer the drive thru at night. And of course the ice cream machine stays broke. Says they have specific items asked for then makes you wait 5+ mins for them, usually multiple employees outside smoking at one time. I will drive miles to avoid this location.

Thought this burger was “gooey” from grease….halfway through I noticed what’s pictured. I didn’t know mcdonalds served raw hamburger. After going through the drive through, realized they forgot an extra sandwich we ordered, get home and realize they gave medium fries instead of large like we ordered and then this? EVERY time we come here we’re met with unfriendly service, orders are wrong/unfulfilled, etc. Straight to the garbage….

This location has no quality control they commonly short you going through the drive through< I tried the App and got the same results. Only lip service from corporate office no follow through from Restaurant. It’s happened to me numerous times so I am guessing it’s a common problem with this location.

I placed a mobile order, arrived in the drive thru line, and was advised to pull to a numbered parking spot. Waiting over 10 minutes to get my food and it was cold. Reached out to management and Jeff Atwell responded stating they’d reimburse me on 09/01/25 still haven’t received the reimbursement as of 11/26/2025 after sending multiple follow-ups.

Had to go through the drive through 3 times and still didn’t get my order right. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and a large fry, they first time I went through they handed me 2 Big Macs with a small fry, second time I went through they gave me a quarter pounder with no bacon on it and my large fry, third time I went through they handed me a quarter pounder with one quarter of a bacon strip on it…. Needles to say I am not coming back here again. Also had to deal with this for over a hour because of how slow the staff is! Do not come here at night the night manager clearly doesn’t know how to handle a business.

They can’t get an order right at night to save their lives. My deluxe quarter with cheese had only cheese on it… there is a picture of it. One happy meal had no fries at all. The nuggets were nasty!!!!!
