MarAbierta on the San Pedro Paseo has been delivering quality for years. The fish and seafood are always incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and consistently delicious. Huge respect for maintaining such high standards in both quality and service, especially in an area where prices have increased so much. Still one of the best and most reliable spots for great seafood!

This is the bookmark location if you want a restaurant with excellent service and great atmosphere. Walked in on Friday night got a lovely seating. All the staffs are like stars. They are all very attentive. Excellent service always with a beautiful smile. Me and my husband have a great time there.
Food were good.

We went there for a family dinner but without prior reservation of the table. We realized that despite almost empty restaurant they still didn’t want to give us well positioned table with a seaview explaining we have no reservation. We spent there almost 90 min and no one came and well situated tables were still empty.
Food was quite ordinary if you ask me and you could find better quality, cheaper nearby.

A group of 12 of us came here for dinner on Wednesday night…during a torrential rain storm. The restaurant, even though it had heaters around the place, there was only one available at one end of our table, which was not the end I was at so the whole time we were sitting there freezing.
Also with such a big group, having multiple tables pushed together meant we couldn’t chat to anyone other than who was directly in front or beside us.
There was only 2 other tables occupied so it was disappointing there couldn’t have been anything else done with the seating situation.
Outside of this, the service was quick, the food portions were very generous and very hot.
It’s mainly seafood on the menu with some wok noodle dishes providing the option of meat, there’s also a halal option which was good as one of our party neded this.
Overall if we were a smaller group and it was warmer it would have been wonderful.

It’s a nice restaurant. The appetizers were DELICIOUS, we ordered pil-pil and anchovies in vinegar. The salmon was also very good. The paella was fine not the best but ok. The desserts were lovely. The cheesecake had a hint of cinnamon and the brownie had raspberry in it (reminded me of black forest). The staff were friendly and the service was fast. Good location with a beach view and the parking was very close.

Beautiful place, all was perfect but paella was too tasty in my opinion, too much salt and cooked. A little disappointed because I had high expectations – tried again in 29/05 and it was awful, very very expensive (postre raisefrom 7 to 9,5€) and spaghetti and wok pasta was very bad….

Paella was so salty it was inedible yet the waiter said that was the way they always made it. If that’s the case then no one ever eats paella served at this restaurant!
Generally all the other food was undercooked and under seasoned. Steak was OK.
Service was horrible. Food served in a massive hurry. Main course came before starters were finished.
Restaurant also lacks any atmosphere.
Definitely not returning. It’s a place only tourists will go to because of its proximity to the beach. But there are far better options only a couple of minutes away.
Only good point was the wine we ordered was excellent and at an excellent price. Pago de Carraovejas.
