This is only the 4th or fifth time I’ve been to this location. The first time the chicken nuggets tasted kind of funky but I let it ride because sometimes life is like that. This time they forgot my fries and then when they did put them in the bag they were almost burned. The diet lemonade tastes so bad I can’t even drink it. I’m really disappointed in this location.

I went to this location around 2 PM on a Monday so they weren’t that busy. I was one of the only cars in line when someone came up to take my order. The lady taking my order was very nice, but unfortunately her tablet was not working when it came time to take my payment. After several minutes went by with her tablet, not working the line behind me became quite long. She seemed stressed out because she didn’t have a headset and she couldn’t tell the workers inside what was going on. She eventually told me to just pull forward and pay.
When I went forward to pay the people at the window, didn’t know what happened in the drive-through and they seemed very frustrated. The lady that took my card seemed very annoyed and after she took my payment, she told me to pull forward in a rude voice.
All the cars that were waiting behind me in the drive-through got their food first and had to drive past me. When the worker finally came to give me my food, she basically just threw it in my hand and walked away Like it was my fault that my order took so long to get. I tried to say thank you, but she stormed off before I can even do anything. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a Chick-fil-A in this area and I definitely won’t be back to this location if they hire people like this customer should not be blamed and shamed when their technology doesn’t work. Honestly experience like this shouldn’t sour your day, but it definitely does. I just wish this location would’ve handled this problem better.

Food is delicious! You can never go wrong with chick fil a breakfast. Spicy chicken bowl. The service was great. The lady was super friendly and checked on us frequently.. to see if we needed refills. Now, the cashier people that were taking orders they look like they didn’t want to be there. Not even a smile on their face.

Absolutely stellar staff. Huge shout out to Beverly for leading this team so well! We brought about 40 high school students in a trip and stopped here for lunch. The staff worked us through so fast, got everyone their food quickly and with a smile, all while maintaining the same incredible service for the other patrons.

I went here today for the second time. Everyone was very nice when taking our order. Unfortunately when we got home, we realized one of our meals was missing and one of our other orders was incorrect. We asked for 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and it was regular. We also ordered two 8 count nugget meals and only received one. I looked up the restaurant number and called to be sent to voicemail 2x. I called the customer service line and was on hold longer than I could wait.

I ordered the spicy DELUXE protein style it was even on the box. No tomatoes or pepper Jack cheese. I blindly always trust chick fil a. Not anymore. Ryan is rude and wanted to argue about my name. He doesn’t listen. He sure did want me to spend more gas and miles to return and “make it right” what are you going to make right. You already messed up. I also got old lettuce. Nasty. Threw the whole sandwich away. I want my credit retuned RYAN. I will be calling till I get it.
