These people cannot get an order correct for a million dollars. In the year I’ve lived in King, I have came to this location once a month. Thinking next time, my order and wait time would be better. The only consistent is waiting at least 15 to 25 minutes for a wrong order, with hardly any, or no sauce

The older white lady that is on front counter in the mornings is so slow. She has no sense of urgency. And when you do a mobile order. , she serves off the order before even completing it. So you end up having to wait while she takes her sweet time doing whatever else. I’m sick of it.

You can guarantee an eggshell in your breakfast muffin, paying for everything down to the grains of salt they use, & being charged $4 for water. The food is hot though if you’re obsessed with the overwhelming taste of grease.

They get it right 100% of the time at this location. As someone who is busy on the go with work, I dont have alot of time to go in and get things corrected, so it’s nice when you come to a place like this! Great service, great people.

I placed an order in the McDonald’s app tonight. I drove to the McDonald’s located at 1460 Trade Mart Blvd in Winston Salem, NC 27127. I waited in the Drive Thru. I saw an employee sweeping or mopping. They looked right at me and continued what they were doing. They never came to the Drive Thru window. I went to the door and knocked. I stood there and waited for about 2 minutes. I knocked on and off repeatedly. No one came to the door. It is currently cold and raining. I don’t understand who is training the employees. It isn’t hard to speak to someone and explain what’s happening or say why you can’t fulfill their order. You can say “Sorry we are backed up”, “Sorry we aren’t taking any more orders”, “Sorry we are closed”. That rude employee earned the restaurant a 1 star review and it would be a 0 star review if it was allowed.

Probably one of the best McDonald’s in existence. Food is consistently good and quick, the floors and tables are always spotless. Only downside for me is that it’s always freezing inside, even in the summer. Parking can be slim sometimes
