When French Fries are so hot that they put a hole through the plastic plate. Not very good for health conscious folks. Meanwhile, the plastic continues to invade our blood scream. And no one cares!

Always quick and easy! Great atmosphere and good vibes. I’d recommend trying the grilled chicken sandwich with those delicious crispy fries! Don’t forget to add on some cheddar bites! We will be back!

Update 8/5: ordered 5 fingers and a lg fry. I got 3 fingers (one eas broken in half to look like i got 4) and there was little to no sauce. Fries were cold and soggy. Very sad
Got a fried house salad and fries. This is honestly the worst salad I have ever gotten anywhere. Everything is slimy and in small portions.
I have had much better experiences at this location in the past but this most recent visit was disappointing to say the least.

Food is always super hot and fresh. Also love that digital coke machine. Just need two. Also is a tad cold in there. Maybe it’s to help cool the hot food….

Extremely slow location. Nobody in line, but had me holding for five minutes before taking orders at drive-thru speaker.
Sorry presentation with micro-sized chicken fingers. Just look at the photos…a french fry is almost the size of a tender. I will never visit a Zaxby’s again. Ever. Y’all really became an inferior fast food chain. ️

The prices have gone up but the quantity and quality of food has gone down. The tenders should have been tossed and this is considered double fries… I guess I should know better, won’t be back. Also the sauce is usually added to the box touching food, workers handle the sauce with bare hands…gross.

Don’t review often but highly disappointed by tonight’s experience. I have been seeing the commercial for the Caribbean jerk sandwich and it sounded awesome! Went to the yulee location and got 2 meals 1 for me and another to my wife, got home to find a little drop of the sauce in the middle of the sandwich. The chicken was on point as always and what little sauce was on there was great. Just expected more sauce then the little dab I got on both sandwiches.

Frustrating experience today for dinner. I received a 3/4 filled drink. While I was at the window, girl #1 hands my drink to girl #2 who responds, “This is half full.”
Girl #1 tells her to just give it to me and they did. All in front of my face. I pulled away and checked. Definitely not as full as I was expecting when I buy a drink.
Edit: I wasn’t given a receipt or I would complete the online survey and help try to narrow down who it was. I fully plan to eat here again until the island opens back up, but in the mean time I hope the service will improve.

First of all the cashier was so rude to us acting like we were bothering her trying to order food and I do mean when when more than one person is standing at the cash register and they feel the same thing with the counter help. and then the tables were dirty nobody had clean them and there was maybe four people in the hole restaurant.
