It was super busy on Friday night. We went in and they set us up a table. The waitress didn’t get there for about 15 – 20 minutes, which was fine, because we got to look over the menu. We had picked out our food and drinks and was able to order at the same time. I guess when you walk in you should get your silverware which we didn’t get until the waitress came over. We never saw her again until after our food was sent except when she brought us our check. The food was okay, because the brussel sprouts were cold by the time they got to our table, and the soup was extra cheesy….it was okay, it wasn’t the worse experience I have had at a restaurant but it wasn’t the best either.

The food at BJs always disappoints me sadly. Today I got the tavern pizza. In the past I got wings, both boneless and bone in. Food is just “meh” to me. Very salty and seems like it’s not freshly made.
My spouse did get a great appetizer with the brussel sprouts. They were perfectly cooked.
The restaurant is also very dimly lit at night. Can barely see your food. Would be a good idea to turn the lights up a bit. We asked them to in our party but it didn’t happen
Overall experience was okay. But for the prices the food should be better.

Our food was great, we did 3 pookie deals! 2 smash burgers delish and 1 all meat pizza, and 1 kids meal 2 mini burgers and fries. We all got pookies except for 1 of us, who got a Sunday. Marisa our server was amazing!! There was another gal kicking but busing tables, I tipped her cause I watched her. Our server Marisa went the extra mile with another table of ladies,. I observed her being very helpful with the menu!! Great job!

Amelia was our server on 2.15.26. Since Covid service in general many places have been lack luster. Amelia went above and beyond when I stated I wanted a meal I knew I couldn’t eat it all, giving me options and making sure my food wouldn’t spoil before I got home after an event. She was attentive and just all around engaging. She was given a very well deserved tip as a result! I wish more places had people like Amelia! Well done!

Dropped in for dinner on Friday the 13th, had a 25 minute wait (to be expected on a weekend day, right before Valentine’s Day). My companion and I saw Stefanie running her tail off caring for customers with speed, friendliness, quick wit and genuine kindness. When it was our turn to be seated, we were placed in her section-
She was quick to grab drinks, took our order, kept the refills coming, and made sure everything we needed was done. What was so nice is she did it all with just the right amount of humor and sass…. It felt like we were old friends, when we’d only just met. Our food was very good, but the service made it GREAT! Kudos to Stefanie! We will be back, and we ONLY want to be seated in her section!

Partner and I went yesterday evening since he had a free entree voucher from Veterans Day (I do love that they support veterans!). Service was just okay but it took a very long time to get our entrees. The mozzarella sticks weren’t that great. We did love the tomato mozzarella salad and he loved his ribs which were also a good deal. However, the food is just so EXPENSIVE.
Also, I usually love their Pizookies, but we got ours to go and my triple chocolate one was burnt! It tasted awful. It is kind of hard to see in the photos. BUT—the main issue is that when we got in our car and he opened up his ice cream, it looked like someone had already eaten half of it!!! We were stunned. MY ice cream had a seal on it (see photos) but his had no seal at all! He did not end up eating it as we were perturbed by this. All in all I was disappointed in our experience.

We came here to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We waited 30 mins for our drinks and over an hour for our food. The pizza came out cold & other people in our party ended up with food that was overcooked or incorrect. Our waitress was great but this is definitely not the place to be. The manager did take some items off the bill + 25% off our entrees to attempt to make up for it.
