Had a good meal here. Even tho it’s a steakhouse, I ordered chicken. It was great. They hooked it up on the mayo and ranch, as requested. I got it to go and they walked it out to my vehicle, that was pretty cool. I liked the little mini loaf of bread and the butter. Only one strange thing was none of the exterior lights were on. Place looked closed. The street sign and the building, no lights.

Aiden was excellent. Service was great food was cooked exactly to how it was ordered the first time. I highly recommend asking Aiden as he is extremely attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that you may have. The only downside is I can’t give more stars. Great time and there was no wait when we came in for lunch. The manager Rachel came by to check on us too. Such a great experience.

Another staff member spilled more than enough water (hopefully water). On my wife tonight. In her hair, on her food, in her $300 purse. The same staff member never alerted a manager. Nor did our waiter. Well, the manager never came to discuss.
I did not want anything for free. I did not want a gift card. I paid my 130 bill, Tipped 25% and left. Called the manager to discuss from home, as we had already had enough embarrassment for the evening. He gave just what I thought he would. An empty surprised reaction and a hollow I’m sorry a few times. Train your staff.
I have money. I have other options in Louisville. I do not however have patience for such poor service or complete disrespect. I will not return, would not recommend. Lots of people make great 30 steaks. Lots of people don’t soak you before you get to eat yours.

Our lunch was a filet mignon was like a piece of leather. I believe for $30+ and the fact this is suppose to be the tenderest steak! How could this be? My ribeye was over cooked (I ordered medium well) and it too was tough. Our waitress was slow. We finished our appetizers and salads and still had to wait 10 minutes or better on our meal.
This was barely after 3pm on Wednesday. It was not crowded, so I don’t know what was going on that all this had to happen.
We have eaten at other Longhorns and they have always been good. Good food and good service.
I hate to say that we spent $69.65, less tip, on two people and was totally not satisfied.

Went tonight ! Had chicken wings, French onion soup, broccoli- steamed extra ; coffee & cream ! All delicious ! Boyfriend enjoyed his meal, too ! Service was quick ! Waitress was nice !

10/28/25, my husband, 2 adult sons and I checked call ahead waitlist, no wait. Arrived shortly and whole area by door is full, sitting and standing. Rechecked wait and still shows no wait. We gave it about 5 minutes and no one even showed at hostess desk to help anyone! A couple workers were around with the restaurant mostly empty except those waiting.
A few of the staff appeared, walked past as if non of us were there and went out the front door. After a several more minutes, still no one came to the hostess desk.
We decided to leave.
Outside were 3 employees on the street side taking a break!
Unbelievable!
Three of the four of us frequented this location often in the past on Sundays after 11:00am and I’ve been with friends on many occasions…I have never seen such poor management and lack of service such as this!
Such a shame as we won’t be back.
If service is this bad, cannot imagine what the kitchen is like.
It used to be a great place to eat, but prices have gone up while service is nonexistent.

Stopped in for Saturday lunch. Everything was excellent. Big lunch menu. Food was delicious. Curtis was my server. He was very friendly and attentive. Will be back.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Longhorn. I just don’t know if it’s worth the hassle some time. The wait was out the door but rather than giving people realistic estimates they told everyone it would be 15 minutes. The fire marshal would have shut the place down if he had stopped by. I paid a group sitting at the bar to let us know when they were leaving and let us have their seats. Our meal was finished in a little over an hour and there were still people waiting who had come in before us.
If you go here and the waiting area is standing room only just leave and find another place. Their hostesses are evidently paid to keep you there.

It was about 4 pm in the afternoon, was seated quickly. Next to the bathroom which I didn’t like. Waiter was attentive, kitchen was fast. The Mac and Cheese is legit. Creamy Cheesy flavorful for once. Usually this is a huge miss and was thinking it would be the bland box version but it is definitely something you should order. Menu was limited to steak burger chicken or salad. So get the steak you can’t go wrong cooked medium rare with a charred tasty exterior not too marbled or too fatty ribeye. Mashed potatoes was real as well not made of powdered either. Daughter and son had chicken tenders. Eldest daughter had the shrimp skewers. Kept our drinks full. Lots of western decor low warm lighting. Great for a celebratory festive or holiday weekend dinner.
