Ordered a mocha from them that came cold to the touch…took a sip and noticed it was extremely bitter and opened it up to find these disgusting chunks of god knows what. Do NOT waste your time and money at this place!! they clearly do not care about sanitation here, this is the first time in my life having something this disgusting happen while grabbing food. Imagine if it was your kids or someone you cared about receiving something of this quality. Honestly an embarrassment that this place is still up and running

If I could give zero stars I would I went through the curbside pick up for my breakfast this morning just for my app to tell me go through the drive thru I know that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and I was her at least 10 minutes earlier for my order once I got to the window the lady who I guess is the manager was very rude and told me I should’ve stopped at the first window when the lady over the intercom very specificly told me to pull up to the second one. I understand that being busy causes stress but this is unacceptable.

Starts out wanting to order the Grinch meal. Oh we are out and then the roller coaster ride begins. When ordering you say you want the sandwich only, that does not include a coke or any other thing as a side that you want to charge..
30 minutes for fast food. Really how is that fast. I could have went to Kroger just to the rear of the store, bought hamburger meat went home and cooked it faster.
Don’t be that person that constantly asks is that all every time a customer says something. And still get the order screwed up. Must not need an education to work in fast food anymore.
Best bet people is stay clear of this McDonald’s.

Restaurant was understaffed, it was not clean, wait time was long, and it was chaotic. They forgot some of the food in our order, but it was too much of a hassle to go back and ask for it.

The manager, DeShana, was very rude to me. Spoke to me as if I were a child of hers. When she didn’t like that I called her on her attitude, she turned away from me in dismissal. I then told her I would call the corporate office to complain about her attitude and her whole attitude changed. I will not be using this McDonald’s again because of her. Bypass this restaurant if you’re able. They want your money and talk down to you. Unacceptable.
UPDATE: After speaking to McDonald’s headquarters about this woman, I found out she gave a false name, cannot make rules of her own that differ from other McDonalds, and was mailed a coupon for a free combo meal.

Complaining about a line cause they are busy is insane. Even leaving a bad review cause they short staff is wrong to me. But this is nasty. ITS SO OBVIOUSLY THEY TOOK OLD NUGGETS AND DROPPED THEM AGAIN. The grease. All 20 nuggets was like this. To the manager I hope you don’t get blame you obviously ain’t opening up nugget boxes going out and checking them but to who ever did this just let them go. if you wouldn’t PAY and EAT it then don’t do it or serve it to someone.

After a long night at work, I swung by this location and was pleasantly surprised with the service here. That girl, Melissa, who took my order, she’s sweeter than a McD’s apple pie! Even though there were several cars in front of me, and a few behind me, she managed to make my day with her warm and pleasant attitude. I’ll definitely be going back, and hope she stays, because she sure knows how to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated. My food was fresh and delivered quickly, and the fries were actually fresh!
Y’all are the best, night crew! Melissa, you earned yourself a regular customer. Thank you for your sweet & kind words. Ten stars out of five! Keep up the great work!

Lady who took my order and money was friendly and professional. Without her, this would be 1 star review. Gal at food window did not speak 1 word to me, would not look at me…. and shorted us 1 order of fries. As I was driving thru area, I did not have opportunity to go back and have them correct it. Definitely steer away from this one if this gals actions are typical.
