Been wanting to enjoy a lunch or dinner at Marco’s for years, live right up the way and for some reason, never visited until today. What a lovely surprise, great service and the food was absolutely fantastic!
Our waitress was, Valerie, her service was great and took good time to share a few suggestions on the menu. Lovely smile and a friendly lady –
Restaurant decor and atmosphere was on point, really authentic and most definitely will be a regular visit going forward.
Lots of parking, lovely entrance, and the bar area looks quite inviting. I can imagine many a good time was had at San Marcos.
Compliments to the owners, management, chef, kitchen and dining staff – well done, 5 Stars from us!

First time visiting and our food was great. Service was very attentive. Salsa was very chunky and tasty. Manager came out and checked the tables.

Yes they do pass the credit card fee to the customer.

We had such a great time at San Marco’s Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh! Our group of 40 came for an event, and everything was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server Ana was fast, friendly and so helpful. I had the Tacos Gobernador with blue corn tortillas and shrimp! I highly recommend it was absolutely delicious! The space was roomy, beautifully decorated, and the service was outstanding. Everyone loved it and can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant had AMAZING freshly made Mexican food!!!! I am a vegetarian abs even harassed TWO VEGAN options in the menu! It had a colorful, vibrant atmosphere and huge tables were available for family and friends to gather together. The pictures do not do it justice.

My friends and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop here for lunch and I am so glad we did! The atmosphere, staff, and food were all amazing! My friend accidentally knocked over her water and the waiter was so kind and was joking along with us about the incident. The inside is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and we got $5 margaritas on a special! 10/10 experience, will definitely be coming back when in Raleigh.

I came here with my husband for dinner; we both got the acp – but I added grilled veggies AND pineapple to mine. Little did I know to add pineapple would be $2.50 & adding grilled veggies would be $7.50. I think that’s absolutely absurd..robbery at that point. $11 extra for veggies that cost a couple dollars at a grocery store for ENTIRE vegetables. I wish the waitress would have said “that’ll be an $11 up charge so you’re aware, is that okay?” Nonetheless, the service was quick, the food was hot and took no time at all.. a $14.99 meal turned into $27, when most Mexican restaurants taste the same, and TYPICALLY only charge $3 for grilled veggies. The cheese sauce was also a little bit stingy and could have used more (per the photo I’m attaching)..

I attended a group event of 40 guests and San Marcos did an amazing job accommodating our entire party. Our waiter, Ana, did a fabulous job making sure everyone was taken care of and received their drinks & food in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing and fast . Our server was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted at the door as we walked in by the manager as they were preparing for a large party of 30+. That didn’t stop the cooks from fixing our food to perfection. All the employees helped each other to give the customers a great experience. There were several birthdays the night we went, which they also did a great celebration. We will be back, thanks
