This was so good! Home cooking❤️
Hot Brown so good, meatloaf Mashed taters, fried green tomatoes were so good, crispy and hot! Green beans, yum!!

Service was spot on, fun, and prompt. Plus beer served in frosty mugs, YES!!

Thank you Ramsey’s for down home hospitality!

Loved this diner! Food was great. Hot Brown was enormous and one of the best I’ve had. Actually all the portions were huge. The caramel apple pie is life changing.

Hidden gem! Old fashioned cookin! As close to grandmas kitchen as you’re gonna find around here. We enjoyed the pork chops, the Cajun catfish and the broccoli casserole the most!

I’m not a fried fish fan, but the reviews are right! The Cajun catfish is awesome! It’s a light batter and super tasty. Not too hot at all.

There is a lot of older crowd there but filtered in are a few younger couples who’ve figured out what the older ones must’ve already known.

Our waiter was so kind and very informative about the menu. Kept saying, “don’t worry if you don’t like it, we’ll make it right.”

The pies are great too! So many choices!

Try it and see!

I had a very disappointing experience at Ramsey’s. I ordered the chicken and dumplings, and when the dish arrived both the chicken and the dumplings were clearly undercooked. The chicken appeared raw and the dumplings were still doughy and uncooked in the middle. Because of this, I couldn’t eat the meal at all.
What made the situation even more concerning is that this location reportedly had issues with salmonella about seven months ago. Seeing such serious food safety problems still happening is extremely worrying.
Food safety should always be a top priority in any restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose confidence in the kitchen standards here. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper cooking and safety procedures are followed so no one else has to deal with something like this.
Since I saw the managers reply, I do hope you understand I have a degree in culinary arts and know the difference between raw chicken and dark meat. Your chicken was raw and so was the dough. I’m glad I didn’t get sick from this.

Went to this treasure for Mother’s Day, my wife wanted brunch. My mother in law wanted lunch. Ramsey’s catered to both needs effortlessly. Portion vs price is insane. My plate and stomach were full. Even with the holiday, The staff was ready and quick to handle what should have been a chaotic rush, but instead was a seamless meal experience. I definitely recommend trying this place for a Sunday dinner or a Tuesday pancake, you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to try a slice of pie, they support another local business with their many selections in the dessert case!

We came in because this was one of the only places open late on our road trip to Michigan. This spot made a pitstop feel like a destination!!! Unique and country homegrown dishes from the real heart of Kentucky!
My salad had really fresh ingredients and surprisingly, chicken that seemed like it was just cooked (NOT FROZEN) even tho it was 10 pm and their fresh veggie list and meat list is unbelievable!
Nicole served us and she was sweet, knowledgeable about all the food, and fast!!
But above all…. The pies…. Please exercise caution. ⚠️ Derby Pie might have just been MVP of our lives

Best fried green tomatoes and hot brown I’ve had! Cute diner/bar. Waitress was very personable, quick to refill drinks, available but not too many interruptions to our party. Great for small get together or even a larger party. And the cheesecake was phenomenal!

I’ve had dinner twice while visiting and I will go return again. That says a lot because the area has many choices for restaurants. The atmosphere is homey but not upscale, which adds cost to the price. Speaking of price, the happy hour cocktails are a superb value. The food is too. The menu has a nice selection. The pies I have tried so far have been delicious.

We have been to Ramsey’s for many years for lunch or dinner but never for breakfast. So when we wanted to meet my son that goes to UK for breakfast last Saturday morning it was a given to go here since it was close to 75. I have always said that it impossible to mess up a BLT, yet this place messed up a BLT. I thought it would be fantastic since their sandwiches are usually amazing. I’m
Pretty sure the bacon was microwave bacon, ONE slice of tomato, probably a half a head of lettuce and barely any mayo. How does that happen? I didn’t send it back due to being in a time crunch but seriously. My husband breakfast was meh… he said the pancakes tasted like they were from a toaster and just so so ok everything else. It was awful. I’ll just be going there for lunch and dinner from now on.
