After reading 20-30 negative reviews, we decided to check it out ourselves. We were very pleased to find the restaurant very clean (we even checked the bathrooms and they were clean as well). The interior was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Upon entering, we saw that people were entering their orders at the terminals, and we chose not to do that and Aiyaliz took our order with a very nice smile and she was very courteous. The food was delivered to our table promptly and tasted great. We will be having our breakfast there tomorrow as well!

Stopped in for an after dinner dessert. Ice cream cone deal in the app, like 1500 “my reward” points. Add on a chocolate chip cookie. Crumble that cookie on top of the ice cream. Bam!
Service was great. Lady at the counter was very friendly. Restrooms were clean.

The 2 females handling drive through did nothing but talk the entire time, no greeting no acknowledgment nothing. Do better ladies, your in customer service….

So sad I have to write this review because I never do these but the actions of the manager on the morning of 12/29 at 4:20AM were disgusting to me and my family and kids. First of we pulled into drive thru and nobody answered for about 5 min. If your closed or don’t have something, then say something. Communication is not a hard attribute to have. Secondly after honking and asking what’s up, I drive to the windows and this black lady opens saying we don’t have anything ready. Ok so are you closed or open? I don’t understand. Then they take my order, which I made 2 separate orders and don’t hear anything for about 15-20 min and nobody comes to the window. Finally the Puerto rican manager comes and opens the window saying it’ll be ANOTHER 5 min, mind you we have a flight to catch, that’s why we came early but waiting almost 30 minutes for nothing is disgusting. Next thing we tell her if she can plz hurry up and all the sudden starts yelling in Spanish “you want attitude, I’ll give you attitude” me surprised and not having time to deal with childish attitudes from a grown up. I tell her to immediately refund my money. She only refunded one order then shuts the window on me. Is this what I can get expect from McDonald’s when there is nobody around from a professional. If you can handle the job then why are you working there? It’s not that hard, you work at McDonald’s and make $15 an hour. I’m sorry it’s frustrating for you but, you do not need to take it out in other people. The attitude of both ladies were dispicable. Itslike having children who don’t know what to do running a business. I will be back to double check if their attitudes are still shitty. And maybe hire a manager who actually cares about the job and serving people with integrity. Gross. Oh and I’m still missing the rest of my money. Thank you McDonalds, very professional. Y’all just hire anybody huh? Don’t believe me, just watch the cameras of that morning.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. My family and I flew into town and arrived at 1am to grab some food before checking into our hotel. We had a long day traveling from coast to coast. Our order took over 10 minutes to get and was still cold and fries were stale. The employees did not care at all and were very rude. For as long as it took you would think our food would have been fresh

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just wanted to say that the lady who makes the coffees here in the morning during the week of doing an excellent job!! She always gets it perfect, every time. As someone who goes to many different locations I cant stress enough how much I appreciate it:)

Let’s face it it’s McDonald’s it’s not fine dinning so there is no way it should get 5 stars. They even messed up my order and put onions on my burger when I said no onions. But the you lady at the counter who rang me up, I believe her name was Christina was so polite and so professional something that is lacking in our young people, I just had to give 5 stars. Good for you McDonald’s on hiring this young lady. Please hire more like her and train them like you have her.

Got in late to Orlando International Airport on a flight from Milwaukee and wanted something to eat before we got on the turnpike. Went to McDonald’s, used our app. Disappointed that our fries were old tasting.
