Terrible service first time trying and they handed me my meal sideways in a bag where food was going everywhere, fries were cold and gave me the crumbs of what was left. For 23 dollars McDonald would have been better, the hamburger I order was so sloppy and burnt. Stay away from this location.

We weren’t sure if they were gonna be open to be honest because upside said they were closed but my god we’re so glad they were! They had the vege fi in stock for me (for some reason pompano and Lauderdale by the sea are always out of vegefi). Service was quick and . They weren’t too busy on a Saturday night but managed a crowd at the counter well anyway. Beer was fresh and chilled. Food was warm and delicious. The store was clean and well stocked. What more do you want?

Awful. Overcooked $18 burger, overcooked eggs, and burnt bacon. Also overcooked fries with too much salt. Only positive thing is the Oreo shake was delicious. Very disappointing for the price.

I’ve been to this location several times, but over a year ago. It was good enough. Consistent with their burgers for a decent price. But I went in there today from the beach, and that was the most friendly and helpful restaurant staff I think I have ever met.
I had a question for one of the employees about my loyalty program and the manager immediately came out and helped me figure everything out with a smile on his face.
This all happened 30 minutes ago, and I’m just now sitting at home thinking what an awesome work environment they’ve created there.
The burger (Burgerfi Cheeseburger) was decious and it was easy to tell it was made with care.
I will definitely be going back more often.

Take my son here for lunch every Saturday. It’s our spot! The staff are great. The restaurant is clean. The food is fast and delicious. They always take care of us and treat us like family. The best!!!

I came in for a burger and left genuinely impressed. The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in Miami not even mentioning that they are grass feed meat!! But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service.
Leo, the manager, is exceptional. (Not sure if he’s the manager but he should be). You can immediately tell he cares about his customers. He checked on our table multiple times, made sure everything was perfect, and carried himself with so much professionalism and kindness.
People like Leo are rare. He elevates the entire experience and the whole restaurant benefits from the way he runs things. Please give this man a raise… He deserves it.

Service here was absolutely excellent! Sometimes the system works a bit slow so the staff asked us to take out orders and we’re much more efficient than going straight to a machine.
The manager absolutely went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our time! We’ll be back again soon!

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant, yet this time was probably one of the best! The waiters were amiable, willing to work, and kind, plus, the food arrived quickly with much precision with the order. The food itself was delicious and felt extremely fresh; the true distinction between a regular burger chain and BurgerFi. Truly a wonderful experience dining here!
