Visited Vidorra, a Modern Mexican in Dallas and had a really nice experience. I ordered the taco salad, which was good and flavorful, along with a refreshing margarita. The atmosphere was dark, spacious, and relaxed, we almost had the place to ourselves, and lively Mexican music played throughout, which added to the vibe.
Our waitress was extremely friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which we appreciated. Overall, the food and drinks were great, and I would come back and recommend it. Parking was a bit of a pain, but still worth the visit.

A great authentic Mexican spot with friendly service and a pleasant ambiance. The Chicken Flautas are a must-try, and their Mocajete Bowls are a standout – made and served in heated volcanic rock, which is a really unique concept. We tried the Verde Molcajete with Fajita Chicken and Shrimp and loved it. Chips are well-seasoned and the salsa is good too. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic food and atmosphere! We shared the Molcajete with Fajita ($20), which was plenty for two. While the Miller Lites were a bit pricey at $7 each, the service more than made up for it—the staff is incredibly attentive and always brought our extras like side limes, Tajín, and a fried jalapeño right away. The restaurant is beautiful and perfect for photos, and it’s located in a great plaza surrounded by plenty of other spots. We’ll definitely be back many times!

I came here once a few years ago, and when I brought my husband last week it was even better than I remembered. The food was amazing – absolutely worth the price for how delicious it is. Every single sauce they have is so good you’ll want to drink it. And our waitress Elizabeth was lovely! She was so sweet, took great care of us, and really made our night. Hopefully we see her again when we introduce friends and family to the restaurant!

My group was served by Ramon and he was amazing. He answered all of our questions confidently regarding food choices during their $12 lunch specials. The chicken enchiladas and taco salad were delicious! He also made sure to emphasize the half-off drinks which runs on Mondays. He also welcomed our group to attend their music and dance which occurs every weekend. We may not be able to stay that long in Dallas, but we’ll certainly return for $2 tacos on Tuesday!

My friend and I loved this place.
The chorizo queso was amazing! If you’re going to do an appetizer then do that one! The food and cocktails were also very tasty.
Shout out to our waiter Jorge, he had such a fun personality. The manager had to move us because they were getting ready to turn the floor into a dance floor but he was very accommodating. He let us keep our waiter and sat us in a great spot.
The DJ was one of the best I’ve heard in a while and played Latin music all night which is exactly what my friend and I were looking for.
I will definitely be back!

My first time here, but the family has been here before. The food is yummy, the service is attentive, fast, and warm. We are gonna add Vidorra to our list!

What a fantastic place to eat. It’s like we are family there (not everyone gets pampered like we do, I’m sure but…)
Managers, Allan who is now at the location in Deep Ellum, Louis and Davod and the others whose names I don’t know cuz I haven’t met them – what a great, customer oriented bunch of guys.
Chef Geraldo came out one evening cuz Louis told him about us, I think. He wanted us to try a new grape thing – it was just yummy. On our most recent visit, he made us a fish taco that he was considering. I have never, ever had a fish taco that I finished. I ate mine and because my wife and I were just too full to eat hers, bright it home. That fish taco was just as yummy at midnight and cold as it had been at 6 PM.
I haven’t eaten everything in the menu but everything I’ve eaten is fantastic.
Wait staff – Tasia, Gabby, Selma, Evelyn, Nisi, Fer, who recognized us from having served us at the Grand Prairie location whose name I can never remember – everyone of them is fantastic. There’s this one older woman who supports the wait staff, as I’ve told managers, is always hustling, cleaning, bringing chips and haut taking care of people and is just a lovely woman.

This place is really just expensive Tex-Mex. I love the outdoor patio at the location. It has a vacation feel to it and I love that, but the food isn’t all of that. I like the chips and salsa, and the queso is good. I asked for no onions on my tacos unfortunately I still received them. It’s a good place to made chill and grab something light.
