I had a pretty disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-through around 10:30 PM and, unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. The employee taking my order seemed to have trouble hearing me, which I completely understand and don’t mind at all. However, when she asked for clarification, her tone came off as quite rude—even though I was being polite and clear the entire time. That same energy carried over at the window, which made the experience more uncomfortable than it needed to be.
After waiting—despite the drive-through being completely empty—the food I received was really not great. One of the burgers was actually missing a patty, and none of the burgers had the correct portions or ingredients on them. On top of that, the fries were extremely soggy, like they had been pulled from the fryer too early to save time. And to make matters worse, they forgot to give me the fries in the first place and had to bring them out separately.
Overall, the entire visit felt rushed and careless, and the food quality reflected that. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I hope this feedback helps the team at this location make improvements. Everyone has off days, but this visit really missed the mark.

Every time I crave McDonalds I come here to remember why I don’t eat McDonald’s more than a few times a year.
Whenever me and my roommates order through the drive thru the elder woman that works there not only will mess up our order, she will NOT try and fix her mistakes. We’ve gone on separate occasions and it’s always an issue when she’s taking the order. She instead will tell you an excuse and try and get you to pay the full price instead.
BE WARNED if you get her and good luck.

The food was par for most McDonald’s. The service was a bit lacking, although this is likely also par for McDonald’s. Just in and out quickly for a coffee, but once I had ordered it took them almost 10 minutes to get me my coffee. Simplest order and I still had to wait…

I came here because the last McDonald’s ran out of ice cream. These guys waited till last minute to tell me they ran out of ice cream…by then another car pulled in front of me so I had to sit there for about 5-10 minutes….i really wanted my McFlurry 50% off using the Mobil app so I went to this location (aprx 2mins away)
So I get to this drive thru and this kid taking the orders was a real piece of work too. You could tell he’s just to a young simple man that hated his job or people or something…of course he’s no help after my app code stops working. So I go inside talk to a manager who wax equally clueless. Eventually he’d solution went from waiting for the app to update another 10 minutes…after some come in ding she finally honored my request and had the same goober give me my McFlurry and after I said thank you he just had a dirty look on his face and didnt say anything. Horrible experience. I kept my cool the whole time but I sure wonder how being nice pays off sometimes . Anyway yuck

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the food my wife and I purchased from your McDonald’s location. We ordered chicken wraps, and shortly after eating them, both of us experienced severe diarrhea and stomach discomfort.
This was extremely upsetting and clearly indicates a possible food safety issue, such as improper food handling, undercooked chicken, or contamination. We expect McDonald’s to maintain high hygiene standards, and this experience has caused us significant distress and health inconvenience.
We request that this incident be investigated immediately. We would also like to be informed of the results of your inspection and what corrective actions will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

I ordered this morning. I speak English and she answered in Spanish and rude voice. very mean. I. My opinion is she doesn’t like her job she can fire her self. Is 7:16 am. March 14-25.

This is a very clean place and the plat place is fun for my kid. But, I’ve noticed that the quality and size of the burgers (chicken and beef) are not great. I may stop going…the price is no longer competitive.

I was very upset they would serve their customers burned cold food. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and my chicken was old and rubbery and the patty was way smaller than the bun I called 4x and their line remains busy for an hour now do not recommend this location not the first time they have gave me poor service but it will be they last sucks this is the closest location to me

Took 25 minutes to get food.(they have signs saying “NO LOITERING 30 MINUTES MAX”). They told me they wouldn’t bring my food to the table because they were short staffed. Service is always slow at this location.
They charged $2.58 + tax for 4 extra tomatoes on a burger and they only gave us 2. Chicken nuggets were overcooked and tasted funny.
