Our server, Trixie, was outstanding. She was attentive without hovering, knew the menu inside and out, and made excellent recommendations. She made our dinner feel relaxed and special. She kept a smile on her face.

Came for dinner with my two sons and had a disappointing experience. While Trixie was our waitress, we found out several items we wanted were not available—which I understand, things happen. However, the service flow was poor; my food came out first, and my sons’ food came out 15 to 20 minutes later. When I asked why the food was brought at different times, resulting in my food being cold while theirs was hot, I was told they were ‘short-staffed.’ While I understand they are short-staffed, the disjointed meal meant we couldn’t eat together as a family. I had asleep my food be removed as it was untouched. I had my sons eat as I ate the rest of our appetizer. They could have comped the appetizer as a courtesy. At least my sons got to eat. Trixie was quick to blame being short staffed rather than taking ownership of the situation. Gave 2 star due to sons enjoying their burgers.

Management here seems to be extremely weak. For over 3 months there has been limited to no draft beer available at the bar. Out of stock, problems with the cooler, or the order was late. Clearly there is quality control nor accountability for inventory. We enjoy coming here as the servers are friendly and engaging, but we feel extremely sorry for them as they continuously have to say sorry we are having problems with the draft beer or we are out of stock. This problem can easily be resolved with a caring involved manager.

Wasn’t a fan of this specific location. Pros not to crowded almost empty so we got seated quickly. It did take some time for the waitress to come and we mentioned needing plastic utensils she said the store was out of stock. Her attitude was dismissive. The food took a long time to come out despite no one being there. Pros she did refill our drinks without us asking.

The cooks make amazing food, but I only left 2 stars for them. due to service/ atmosphere. Jaymee was our server and she was not really good on making sure we were good. Mind you 2 other tables were waiting on her as well. The servers are at the table laughing and right as she saw the manager she pointed to her chest like it was hurting. Manager left and they proceeded to go back to laughing and talking. We had 2 cups that were empty for about 5-10 minutes and the manager bought us our drinks and the worse part about this place was the MANAGER. First of all I never met or seen a manager make comments at their staff saying “oh you’re a white girl and your white too” then he sees something and comments to a server “damn girl are you looking for a 2nd husband “. Thankfully I didn’t hired there because I would’ve sued for harassment and discrimination.

12/13 @5:30 p.m Thank you Bryan or Brian for correct an order that was done wrong . You very kind and understanding. With no argument, he fixed it. He was great with his customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4 Service And atmosphere. He had a server name Judith that was very rude. When I told her the order was wrong, and I asked her for a manager, and she had a nasty attitude as she mumbled something under her breath about me to another server. It wasn’t worth arguing or question what she said. She waiting for me to argue with her, but I wasn’t gonna argue. Manager correct the order. That’s all that matters.

Visited Applebee’s with my son to utilize a promotional offer. Although the promotion included a complimentary side of coleslaw with each order, this was not provided. Notably, the restaurant was understaffed, which was evident as other patrons grew impatient with servers. While the service at my table was not subpar, the staffing shortage detracted from the overall experience and diminished the appeal of the promotion.

Our food was really hot that kids burn their mouth. It wasn’t good in the fact that there was no wait time. We were the only ones there then every single table was sticky as if they just passed over a dirty wet rag. Your elbow stick to the tables basically as you’re eating for being the only person’s eating at the moment it took us 15 minutes just to get the servers attention to pay. Our bill literally could just dine and dash JK. Service was OK. She brought out her food. She was really nice, but timing was awful. If you’re passing through wouldn’t recommend if you live nearby I don’t know how this place is still open.
