This is the nearest location when I get out of school! At first, I appreciated that although the drive thru line are always long, it goes pretty fast… Thumbs up for that!!!
Until the day the cashier told me they no longer give out peanuts packs with the Sundaes… WELL THEN IT’S NOT A SUNDAE!!! Rename the dish because that’s NOT IT ANYMORE! SMH…
Then ANOTHER day I had offered to pay extra for Strawberries, and AGAIN… NO STRAWBERRIES. NO LONGER CARRY IT! WTW!!!
At this point I’m going “Hmmm” , I now see why the line goes pretty fast here! Smh…

I love this spot, it’s always so interesting. Sometimes you get funny drunks that sing and twerk because it’s their birthday, other times you get screaming people that argue about… who knows what. But I think the best part is the guy who comes with his headphones and jams out in the lot with a couple of cold ones. Worst part is that one guy who nods his head for no reason. Nonetheless, I’ve never had an issue with the food!

The service was really bad and the Latino women was very disrespectful to me cuz I’m a black man. I watch multiple people get their food who came in after me yet it took over 20 minutes for me to get a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Racist.!! Everytime I come to this McDonalds they give me a hard time. I always ask for my food fresh and made a certain way cause I’m pregnant, and some how they just warm it up.. bread be hard n stale. The sandwich be falling out the paper. Very messy. They always give attitude. The noon managers just don’t care about customers in drive thru who complain about their food being made incorrectly.. they love slamming the window in ur face. Also I had them to remake my fish sandwich 3 times n it still wasn’t correct.. I really hate this McDonalds. It’s like they only be rude to black ppl.

This place is hit or miss depending on the time of day you arrive. Peak breakfast, lunch and dinner hours are handled moderately well. Late evenings are nice and quiet, but everyone in the dining room is urged to eat and leave the dining room by 10:00 PM (even though their drive thru remains open 24 hours.)
The evening manager does a good job given the many crazy scenarios I’ve seen her have to handle. She might come off as a bit edgy, but I’ve seen the sweetest side of her surface when she is not being threatened by solicitors or driving out loitering people for paying customers to be able to sit. I would tell anyone who complained about her approach to first walk a mile in her shoes. I believe anyone after having done so will change their prior complaints into understanding her well-tailored, communication styles given her challenge to create a McDonald’s for local families and neighborhood patrons despite disturbances by Pilsen’s at-risk and homeless community.

I’m doing uber for this location at six in the morning the doodle says lobby opens at 5 I pull the door it’s not open so I pull to the drive thru window no one takes the order then I get to the actual window the lady is flirting with someone in the car so I tell her I have uber pick up she tells me the door is open and the car backs up and she finish flirting and I’m still sitting here over ten minutes they need to stop hiring lazy unprofessional people

2-27-2022 The Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich is terrible. They put all the sauce on only half the sandwich so when I picked it up, all the lettuce, tomatoes and sauce fell out. It was a big sloppy mess. The deluxe doesn’t come with pickles either. Big fail. The Hot and Spicy McChicken is better and cheaper. On the bright side, the drive-thru moved quickly.
