I went to the Market side of the restaurant.
It was well stocked and fresh. As always, they are a little higher in price, but the quality is hard to beat.
One of the best things to get… the farm fresh (perhaps organic) brown eggs. The eggs are golden, and the taste is a world apart from the average egg you get anywhere.

Everything was great clean store and the food was great. The staff were all friendly. We all ordered the #1 burger meal with fries. The kids toy was a Blippi toy puzzle… After we all got our favorite flavored ice cream cone. Cherry nut for me and Rosa got the strawberry , Stelly got the twist. The manager Q was awesome and very kind. The store was steadily busy and it’s no wonder why the staff all around were friendly and helpful.

Sunni who works on the braum’s fresh market side on 39th and South Penn was very helpful and really nice! She helped me find a toddler friendly cake for my 1yr olds first bday and I didn’t have to worry with my daughter having a sugar crash later. Thanks for all your help Sunni! My experience most of the time at this location has been fairly pleasant. However this last time I should say last night not only was the cashier not listening to me as I was ordering but then the supervisor has he then came over to I guess to fixed my order he instead show me exactly why his employees weren’t listening because he wasn’t listening either so as I then explain to him that they got my shake order on there but not my meal order he then proceeded to charge me $10 for an order of large fry and a burger and then of course I paid over $5 for the milkshake on the last ticket because it wasn’t included with my meal that’s basically $15 handsome change that I paid for burger fries and a shake large however when I looked at my previous ticket my wife and my son’s meal was only $12 with the shake included. So thanks for the over charge all because you didn’t care to listen I guess it was a bother for me to try to say anything

Braum’s used to be hands down my favorite restaurant. I ate breakfast daily, and dinner a few times monthly. The last few years the restaurants have fallen farther and farther into disrepair to the point eating off the sidewalk seems more healthy. The building stinks and is always dirty, the food portions are inconsistent; the “grande” breakfast burrito is often smaller than one of McDonalds; I used to buy 2 every morning but started going to McDonalds because of the lack of consistency. Daddy Braum’s would be disgusted with the knowledge of how poorly his son runs the business. I will never return.

I love the food, been going there for almost a decade now and have been loving the friendly experience with the workers. However, today I went with my family to get an order and didn’t get asked if we wanted the meal so my family had gotten wrong from the usual, we did not get asked if we wanted a shake or soft drink, He asked for any sauces and we said gravy and Braums sauce and he said “Okay I’ll put that in” but when I saw the bag NO Braums sauce in sight I feel like it makes the meal so it made my experience a little worse and he was being rude when we said “Have a good day” “Thank you” or anything like that we would get no response and seemed like we were interrupting something important of his. Everything felt out of place and the meal was not the same, I WILL ask for a different person if I’m being served next time. I do not remember the persons name that took our order but I will not be having an order taken from him. Thank you.
