Even though there’s always a long line, it goes very quickly and you never have to wait too long for your food. It always taste fresh & hot. Never had a poor experience! Staff is always friendly. Can’t wait until the storefront closer to me opens in Royal oak!!

I was expecting a lesser than normal experience considering this location is in a mall, but I was wrong. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was fast and excellent. I especially wanted to shout out a gentleman named Edmund, who went around asking if we needed anything and letting us know refills are free. I’m so happy to have a Chic-fil-A so close to home.

Stood in placed an order for a Cobb salad and a Sunjoy. Paid $15 dollars. My name was never called. I checked on the order twice the Order never came up. Almost 30 minutes for nothing!!!!! So I got a refund!!! A salad! Poor service today!!!!!!!

There are so many people who hype Chick-fil-A up, and frankly, I disagree because there is nothing hype about food that is not fresh after waiting for so long to receive your order.
– Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich: Both sandwiches, I instantly noticed the greasy and soggy bun. The chicken appeared to be dark brown in color instead of the “golden brown” it shows on their menu and website. The chicken was dry and not fresh because there was no crisp to it.
– Chick-n-Strips: These were somewhat decent because4 they were not as dry as the rest of the food I ordered. But it still could have been better.
– Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fires: I do not like fires that are old, dry, and stiff.
When waiting for such a long time for my order, it sets the expectation that the food will be fresh. But why is it I cannot have that same hyped Chick-fil-A as many others are having.

The taste is very good , We requested some of the “Chick-fil-A Sauce” which goes great with the sandwiches! It’s great that you can request as much as you need and it will not change the overall price of your orders, that’s much appreciated! We got to experience the order taking just like in vehicles on the drive tru, some staff members were reaching the line taking orders, which made the entire process quicker than usual

Our first time here in the states, the french fries in Ontario, CA are notably more delicious compared to the States. The sandwich is tastey. Additionally, the chicken nuggets are quite small in size but vey flavorful.
Overall, I recommend Chick-Fil-A and I would try it anywhere.

Honestly the line is sometimes long but it always moves pretty fast and the food is top notch. Service always seems to be impeccable and everybody is so nice. Don’t have to worry about being badgered about asking for extra delicious sauce. I got one sandwich and 8 pieces of grilled nuggets and all I got when I asked for one of every sauce was “of course” they even gave me a little baggy just for the sauces. I highly recommend the Arnold Palmer drink here with sweet tea I usually get my sandwiches with extra pickles and ketchup and they are always delicious. Highly recommend.

During the pandemic, they have set up a trailer in the parking lot with limited menu, but what a great idea. Drive thru is fast and have it set up so those paying cash goes 1 way, those with card another. Maybe the other one in Allen Park should limit it menu to get that line move just as fast. Only have can pop, but it’s to be expected.
