In fairness, let me first say I’m not typically a fan of chain restaurants. That being said, I will also say that my experience in Chili’s Angelopolis was good based on my expectations. I will likely return, particularly to watch a major sporting event. We each had margaritas, one rocos, the other frozen. Both drinks were solid. We shared papas a la francesa. Candidly, the fries were a little subpar- slightly weird texture and taste. But we ate them all pretty quickly 😉 Also, we are more used to sitting “at the bar” which seems much less common here. While it did not fully equate to our historical bar experience, it was enjoyable.

American food, you can’t expect great cuisine. I only go here to get the exact same thing, I know what my order will be before going and never change it because it’s the only thing they have that I like and that it’s not bad. Every time, the rest of my the people I go with will complain about their plate, drink or something else.
The service is always good, they’re friendly but the can NEVER get an order right, if you switch fries or ask for something specific, you better expect them to not do it and have to ask for it again.
It about 180-200MXN per person. I like this place for the chicken crispers, that’s the only thing I get… but I wouldn’t recommend it for the burgers or anything else. There are better options everywhere.

As far as I love this place to get some boneless buffalo wings, I ordered yesterday for delivery and have to say I was really disappointed. Although the taste was good, the wings had not even 3 drops of sauce on them. I ordered 20, and got only 3 celeries for the entire meal. Really? At least the blue cheese portion was fine.

If you know the chain in the US, you know what to expect in Chili’s Puebla. Solid food, nothing fancy for an affordable price. Service sometimes a little bit slower as known, but hey. Smoking outside, covered. It’s in the mall!
