Why can’t y’all put the seasoning when someone asks for Cajun seasoning? Why can’t you put it on there? I get home and it’s never on here. I ask for it every time I come. It’s the same thing I always order.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and got literally a bun flattened into aluminum foil so bad that it stuck. I would be ashamed to even serve this, but you did. I TOTALLY WASTED MY MONEY! I will be getting my grilled cheese from Zaxbys from now on.

This was our first time at a Cookout and the kitchen was dirty, we were over charged, and the cashier got mad when I asked her to correct the amount we were charged. There were 5+ workers in the kitchen. They couldn’t tell what shakes they had just made so they were sniffing the shakes to try to figure out what the flavors were. They were stepping over trash and through spilled drinks on the floor. When I told them they overcharged us, the cashier just walked away from me. Then a different person came back with my food and I said we need to correct the cost and she got irritated with me and said what wasn’t right? So I told her they charged us for 1 extra hot dog and 1 extra milkshake. She just stared at me and said, well what do you want me to do about it? I told her I wanted the money back they overcharged and she asked me how much it was. So I had to take out a phone to calculate it for her. I told her it was $6.38 + tax. And she counted out $6.38 put it on the counter and walked away.
I got another worker’s attention and told them the drink was wrong. We were given Coke Zero instead of Coke. She poured out the drink and dipped the cup I had been drinking out of into the ice. Gross!
The actual building still looks new and we really wanted to like this place, but we will not be going back until some major changes occur.

Our Special Olympics bus stopped on for lunch and the staff was absolutely amazing! All of our orders were correct, food was piping hot, staff was absolutely phenomenal! We were a big group and they handled it with ease!

You know, it takes a special type of person to make someone wait in your lobby for 22 minutes on nothing but a caramel shake and a huge tea, and then ask the for the single penny the card I brought in was short for IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE FAMILIES IN LINE.

The cashier in the window was rude when taking my order and then when I got up to the window he ran over with soap all over himself and acted mad that I had even ordered food snatched my debit card out my hand didn’t give it back for like 3 minutes finally gave it back. I didn’t see him for another five something minutes. Then when he comes back he gives me my food and slams the window. But he hadn’t gave me my chocolate shake. So I wait. He opens the window and asks what the hell do you need. Then I say why I didn’t get my chocolate shake I ordered. He grabs it and gives it to me and this comes a window again. I don’t know why he had it just sitting there for no reason but it was insane of him to act this way

They need to hire people with better attitudes and stop being so pushy. They tried to send us through without our milkshakes and as we kept sitting there the girl at the window was like why are you still sitting here. What do you need. We said our freaking milkshakes. I would have fired that intire drive threw crew if I would have been there manager. Also our milkshakes leaked all over our car on the way home because they were done sloppy and they did not wipe them off our give us napkins. Shame on them. Do not waste your time or money there

They did not put the foil in the bottom of my tray and the bush puppies melted/burned a hole through my styrofoam. I prefer to eat my hush puppies with our melted styrofoam. They did not offer me a receipt. They did not put my food in a bag. They did not ask if I wanted napkins or condiments.

I shut my diesel engine off so you could hear me. I specifically spoke “no cheese” and then was asked no cheese to confirm. Confirmed no cheese. Supposedly out of corn dogs, asked for double nuggets, instead of 10, I got 6. Cheese on the burger anyways. Can’t even reach the store by calling the number listed on google. Worst cookout experience I’ve had. Bowling Green, KY is the best store I’ve been too.

If I could zero Stars I would. We paid 17 bucks total for this mess. 3. 99 a piece for two big double burgers the emphasis definitely is not on big because they look smaller than a sausage patty.
The math doesn’t work out right either.
Definitely will not be going back. Huge ripoff!
