My coworker Ordered for both of us from the kiosk. When I went to ask the manager on duty for some sauce she was asking me for my receipt and the name on the order or order number, which I did not have that information because my coworker ordered our food. He was in the restroom therefore I could not retrieve the receipt this manager on duty was giving me a very hard time over honey mustard when we paid for our food and we were trying to sit down and enjoy our meal mind you we were on our lunch. No, I am aware that this is a high volume traffic area for homeless and a lot of people come in and try to request stuff when they aren’t paying customers, but that wasn’t the case here. I asked the manager on duty for her name and she refused to give it to me. I then asked the assistant manager or lead for the manager on duties name, and he refused to give it to me. They both were wearing blue shirts, and they both were not wearing any name badge. Not only that the manager on duty hardly speaks any good English. This is the downtown San Antonio location, restaurant number 5395. The date was February 17 and the time was 11:12 AM. As a paying customer, I am very dissatisfied with this customer service. I think you guys can do better as a company and get better employees in here who have better work ethic and who are proud to serve the community.

Clean, but the crew was subpar. rude. Had attitude about asking for small things of service like extra sauces. As if they were so bothered and it wasn’t busy. Not like I was impeding their service to other customers.

Been waiting for over 20 minutes and it feels like since these automated kiosks are here now the staff completely ignores the customers waiting in line. This poor gentleman has been here 15 minutes without being greeted. An elderly couple behind him is waiting as well and don’t know how to use the kiosks. I understand being understaffed but that doesn’t mean ignore the people waiting in line. Terrible Customer Service.

TERRIBLE. Hardly a like and they still made us wait 5 minutes to order and then get to the window and they hand me the hot fudge sundae WITH A DRIZZLE OF FUDGE
Not only that but my first bite tasted like CHEMICALS??? I threw out the ice cream and tried my fries and they were already cold
Service wasn’t great either they open window and just tell you the amount, give food and then shut the window in your face. Not giving you the opportunity to see if everything is correct or in my case tell them that a hot fudge sundae shouldn’t be just a little drizzle of chocolate

Mornings are great, Norma, Santi Michelle and Jessica make a great crew. I’m there almost every weekend as I give myself the guilty pleasure of the Big Breakfast. They are always cheerful and courteous. Seen then deal with nasty rude people and yet they maintain composure. Go and give them a smile they are a good crew.

One of the worst McDonalds in the city and you could honestly save your time if you head over to the San Pedro one which is so close to this location I could walk it over in no time.
Really don’t understand why this location is Slower yet higher in price than San Pedro, if any location would be higher it would be the one at 101 Alamo plaza which is in the heart of downtown and yet they are cheaper than this location and much faster.
Sure spending a extra quarter and a few dimes more isn’t much but when theirs another location around the corner that’s cheaper and faster then I’m going to point it out.
Again if you wanna save yourself a headache just go over to San Pedro or another McDonalds, all of which are better

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU’RE FROM OUT OF TOWN…I had recently had a previous bad experience here with the employees, and I was given 2 meal cards for my trouble, but when I went to pick them up, I was assaulted by a customer there, and the security was treating me like the aggressor, which it was a homeless guy that assaulted me… The security was trying to get me to leave and grabbed me, which is also assault, and also the employees also tried to get me to leave, after I told the aggressor that I was calling the police… The security was hanging out with the aggressor, which I’m surmising that they were friends, and when I tried to get the address from the front door, that’s when the security got more aggressive with me…I was then talking to another customer there about the situation, and a black lady who works there was looking at me like she wanted to strangle me and told me that she doesn’t know why I don’t leave if I got my order to go… The problem is that I was waiting for the officer to call his supervisor after he also failed to arrest the aggressor…I made a complaint to McDonald’s about the whole situation and they still haven’t even responded… The whole situation is on camera, so I don’t know why the owner or supervisor haven’t responded, which I’m sure that they feel since they gave me 2 meal cards from the previous bad experience, that it would suffice, which is far from the truth…A security that gets aggressive with someone that was assaulted there shouldn’t even be working as a security guard at all… Do not go to this location, because it’s over run by homeless people and they are aggressive towards customers, and the employees will treat you bad as well…I don’t know why the officer didn’t arrest the man who assaulted me, or why the security was treating me like the aggressor, but law enforcement these days are out of control…

It was late. It was a sat night. We were tired. Nothing else was open at the time. Even though I don’t like McDonald’s, I’m not one to complain. The chicken sandwich has definitely improved in taste. The prices are getting more expensive, am I to assume because the quality has improved some
