We drove tot his location since it’s the nearest to us… so about 1 hour away or so. Very welcoming. We came on a Friday, it was a little busy but the wait wasn’t bad. Our server Darius was super kinda and had great customer service! He did an amazing job. Food was delicious! We all enjoyed our food. Had a great time with my friends and would definitely drive back to this location. Thank you so much Chilis!

We stopped here on our way from Indian Wells to Los Angeles. Our server was Madison and made our entire experience absolutely incredible.
She was super sweet, professional and courteous.
Her personality was so pleasing and energetic.

Visited this location for the first time tonight on a busy evening. Got there around 5:40 which was rush hour. I was very impressed by every single staff member. From the host, to our server and all the other servers that helped us. Each one was very professional and kind. They were all young and you don’t really see that kind of exceptional service anymore. The food came out quickly and was very fresh as well. I will definitely visit again. Keep it up Chilis in Beaumont!

Hailey was amazing! She was personal, attentive to our needs, and just an all-around friendly gal and excellent server. Lee, the manager was so friendly and came to our table to make sure that we were having a great time, which we were! All in all this was a great place to have our lunch. We are visiting from Washington State where they don’t have Chili’s… we will be back! WAIT… we are going to move here!!!!

Love the chips & queso! Very fast service and this spot never disappoints our family. They get a little busy at times but the service is 5 star!

I always love Chilli’s shrimp Alfredo… This spot at times goes light on the sauce, but when they do they don’t mind adding a little more upon request.
The Trio plate appetizer is also an awesome dish to start with.

We went to grab some dinner at our local chilis, we decided to dine in. At first our server was very sweet and attentive and it was a little busy so we understood him not coming over as often. As we started getting later into the dining, our serve was a lot less attentive and it wasn’t really busy anymore so getting his attention wasn’t as easy. We waited almost 10 minutes for 2 waters. Then as we were finishing up eating we were hoping he would come around so we could ask for a few more wet wipes since we ordered the ribs and honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and we waited almost another 10-15 mins for him to circle back to us, but during that time he was stopping and sitting with his other coworkers multiple times. But as we were paying, the machine gave us a survey to do and as we were doing the survey he comes over and stops us and redoes the whole survey for us and put excellent/good on everything which was weird to us. Other than that he was very sweet just not as attentive as I hoped. Food wise it was good. As I said we got ribs. They weren’t too meaty. More bone than meat but the flavor was very good.
