I don’t know what it is about McDonald’s these days and I normally don’t expect much from them but this was terrible. The store is full of staff, but they’re all just standing around meanwhile lobby is trashed. I did a mobile order that way I can get in and out and not use up most of my lunch break waiting for the drive thru. It looked to be the manager that grabbed my order then handed me a cup. I turned to go fill it up at the fountain machine and this is what it looks like. The floors are sticky, place smells funny, and the bathroom was gross. The food was gross and I tossed it. Chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked and burnt oil, and I don’t know what was going on with the Big Mac. Looked like yesterday‘s patties were reused. Food was lukewarm at best.

Update: I ordered a sandwich to give them the benefit of the doubt. Service got worse. I did not get my sandwich after 15 minutes so I went to the counter. It was just sitting there. They are incredibly slow. So much for fast food. I just wanted a soda and waited at the counter for several minutes. I had to ask to be helped. The store was not very busy and the employees were just standing around. No motivation.

I just spent $50 here and both 10 piece nuggets are so dry and gross. Also we got two large fries and they’re barely full and our fries are super super soggy and I also got a milkshake chocolate one and it is so gross and not even good I tried to call them four times. They are not answering. I just got out of the hospital grab something to eat for the kids got home and all of our stuff are so gross and nasty and they will not answer. I want my money back and this McDonald’s sucks. !!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give it less than one star I would.I have stopped at this particular McDonald’s a total of three times when I’ve gone to my doctor’s office close by and every single time the food has been nasty! The fish was dry and the bun was burnt. it literally tasted like old oil was used. My iced coffee was very bitter it had no extra cream as ordered and it had coffee grounds in the bottom and throughout the drink. The sad thing is is this has happened every time I have gone to this McDonald’s. The food was terrible! Not coming back. Also the servers didn’t even make an effort to communicate or smile. And I’m the one that said thank you and have a nice day. Maybe they should put me on payroll

Line is always forever. Orders consistently have small errors especially if you order tea. It feels like the current employees are short staffed and dont have enough help to get through orders properly.

I was trying to say this without coming off so rudely. McDonald your appearance has left the building. Your food appearance and taste are the bare minimum. If you want people to buy a 10.00 burger, the burger has to look presentable. Your employees have to look like they care and want to be there. In and out burgers are cheaper and their employees are always sharp and on it. Their food looks tasty and neat to the point you weren’t to devour it. This burger that was given to me today is not acceptable. I am a retired veteran, just say the word and I will shape all your employees to be on it every single time they hand out an item.

This McDonald’s location has been consistently disappointing. The last five times we’ve come here, it’s been the same ridiculously long waits and poor food quality. They regularly ask customers to pull around the corner or park in a designated spot just so their service times don’t get dinged meaning corporate has no idea how long people are actually waiting. Even after waiting 20 minutes or more, the food isn’t fresh and the orders are wrong. For example, I ordered a McChicken with no mayonnaise, just lettuce, and got the exact opposite only mayonnaise and no lettuce. If you’re going to have customers pull around and take that extra time to prepare their meal, it should be correct. This isn’t the first time either there have been multiple previous errors. Something really needs to change here. Either management needs to step up, or corporate needs to get involved because this level of service is unacceptable. I don’t want a coupon I want quality service.

truly not every mcd is created equal. the manager at this mcd, nov 12 2025 noon, is truly on his game. the moment i order the staff is calling out the order to each other and i get it in 10 seconds. never seen that before in my life. guy is like playing overcooked in real life! this gotta be the most well run mcd in america.
edit: i wrote this glowing review and then read others, come to find everyone absolutely trashing this place. lol. i dont know man did i get lucky or they recently reformed? it’s true the McChicken wasn’t fresh but it’s rarely ever fresh at any mcd so i didn’t even think about that. it’s sad mcd can’t make a fresh one because the times i had it, it was insanely good. either way im keeping the review 5 stars for the insane speed. i actually ordered two separate times in one visit too so it wasn’t a fluke.
