I’m a regular dine in customer here but won’t be for much longer after what I witnessed yesterday. I overheard the manager I believe her name was Taryn screaming at an employee calling her names. I heard the manager talking to another employee saying that the first employee doesn’t really have an illness that she’s just lazy. I thought that was very unprofessional. To me that sounded like downright abuse of power. This had happened around 1:30/2:00 pm.

I’m not sure why it won’t let me comment under my original review or make a new one about the worker being intoxicated. So I made a new account to reply to Penn station wanting me to go to a website. I’ve recently found out the lady that was intoxicated was the GM and all complaints go to the GM well if my complaint is against the GM I don’t want her to have any of my info but I will tell you there was another lady there and a gentleman who looked like he may have been an important person he had a lap top and the gentleman was going back in forth from the round table to behind the counter maybe talked to them, because I know that they seen and smelled the alcohol on her.

If you enjoy hot subs and cheesesteak, you’ll enjoy the tasty Penn Station subs. The cheesesteak and the Italian are our favorites. It’s a new location, and they’re working out a few hiccups, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We’re thrilled to have a new restaurant in the area, and the fact that it’s a Penn Station is a bonus!

I’m making my order I requested they add banana pepper juice to the meat. As I walked away the last relayed the request as being “weird”. What is so weird with adding a little juice to the meat in the place of other items such as butter or other seasonings?

Wife placed online order at 4:15pm for a 4:45 to 5:00 pick-up. Arrived at 5:01, there were 4 employees behind the counter, I was literally the only customer in the place. Gave the girl my name, she said they were still getting my 2 sandwiches together. Sat at a table, waited 15 more minutes and finally asked “how much longer is this going to take”? Walked out at 5:20 with food, it was definitely tasty but never again.

This restaurant has recently been opened but I’m grateful for it. Penn Station is one of those places you can get a decent sandwich made with fresh ingredients every time. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian. Based on my last couple of visits to this location, it seems that they give you great service. Being that their staff gets along well with each other, the place is well maintained and clean, and the cashier who usually takes my order, Austin, has good attention to detail. I recommend coming here and will be bringing my friends (or myself, of course) here to eat once in a while as I have to satisfy my craving for Penn Station’s toasted subs.

I’ve been to this location a few times but today will probably be the last time. The tomatoes should have been thrown away and not served, the sandwich was way over sauced and overall pretty gross. I took a few bites then decided to throw it away.

I came in their 30 mins before closing last night and the MOD ( Teryn) was hands down amazing even tho they were about to close she still had a smile on her face while taking my order with zero complaints we need more managers like her maybe more business would last. Want good food and great service go see Teryn I guarantee you will go back.
