Finally after a few months, our family pulled the plug on trying Rosati’s. We normally make our own pizza dough and pizza with a Blackstone pizza cooker and it’s been hard to justify paying for pizza around Surprise. We were craving the deep dish style pizza and we were not disappointed!
$46 for a 16″ Deep Dish (Mushrooms, Onions, Italian Sausage), one kids Pizza, and Strombolini spinach and cheese appetizer. I could only eat one slice! It was absolutely delicious. The sauce was fresh and slightly sweet without being overpowering to the entire pizza. The cheese was the perfect ratio to sauce and did not cause the pizza to be soggy at all! The crust was delectable–crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As others have said, the sausage was amazing and sweet with just the right amount of seasoning. The slices held up when picked up with no spillage of the ingredients on top!
I’m sad we only just now visited them, but glad to have a deep dish take out close by! Incredible flavor for a great deal.

Chicago‘s deep dish in Arizona. It’s not a Mirage it’s real. Rosati‘s pizza, one of the best chains here in Arizona. Rosati’s is my second favorite Only because the price. Dino’s Pizza and Surprise is my first, But they don’t have deep dish. We tried illuminati‘s Pizza in Waddell. There’s nothing more disappointing than paying that kind of money and having “meh” pizza. The tomatoes on top are very fresh canned but fresh tasting. I will say the ingredients are a little late these days. But it’s still the great taste. If you’re gonna try Chicago Pizza deep dish in Arizona this is where to go. Staff was nice and professional. This is a pick up location only no Dining., Not even much place to stand if you’re waiting for your Order to come up.

We ordered 3 pizzas. Canadian bacon & pineapple, sausage and pepperoni. All three were delicious. Sausage is better (Chgo) flavor a little sweet better than any other local pizzeria. Everyone loved the Hawaiian too. Plenty of cheese and cut clear thorough, great for serving!! Dillon our order taker was great and thankfully explained the sizes.

So, the restaurant did nothing expressly wrong, and reviews are inherently subjective.
But I ordered a 16’ thin crust cheese pizza, (I am a vegetarian) and some breadsticks. It was $30, which I guess is what pizza costs, but I was majorly disappointed.
I just thought it was pretty subpar. I mean I have a fairly strict budget and when I was eating I thought I should have just got Little Cesars. I hoped it might be better the next day after a reheat. It wasn’t.
Something about the crust was strange tasting. I also found the sauce to cheese ratio to be off. It’s a local place and I wouldn’t have left a review but they texted me about it. So ya, reviews are subjective but I would not order them again.

Done with this place after this experience. Crazy undercooked mess of a pizza and terrible service when the wife tried to address it with a call to the restaurant. Nothing but young kids running the show there with no manager that I can tell. Never going back.

Ordered the 16” Chicago Deep Dish pizza with extra cheese. Pizza was awesome. Didn’t need the extra cheese. Blown away by the taste and amount of ingredients on the pizza. Well worth the cost. Rosati’s is now my go to place for awesome pizzas. Looking forward to trying other food served there. If you’re looking for a great Deep Dish pizza Rosati’s is the place. Highly recommend Rosati’s for all your pizza needs.

Service is great and pizza is usually really good. But recently the thin crust pizzas we got were not good. The dough must have had a lot of air bubbles in it, because the majority of the outer part had a hard dry bubbly crust leaving the eatable part of the pizza being smaller. Still giving 4 stars because usually it’s been good. This might be a one off kind of night

Not a good time.
Undercooked dough, had to go home and refry my pizza to get a crust. Good sauce though, jalapeño poppers are obviously the pre-frozen ones save your coin and buy from costco.
Do better.

Oh my! Where do I begin? I have been yearning for a Chicago deep dish pizza for a long, long time and I have finally found a place that serves an EXCEPTIONAL Chicago deep dish pizza! From the light, buttery, soft yet crispy dough, to the quality and freshness of the sauce and ingredients (so flavorsome), and to the delicious cheese (not to mention the gratifying cheese pull)… all I can say is… THANK YOU, ROSATI’S!
