Meat n Roses was a great find. Excellent food, friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. We ordered a Greek salad, steak skewers, pork cutlets, a thick steak on the bone and chicken gyro. We enjoyed all of it! My wife mentioned it was my birthday and the gentleman taking care of us rushed out to bring us a piece of delicious spice cake and shots. The kind gesture was much appreciated.

We were seated quickly and had the strawberry salad, chicken soup, rib-eye and filet mignon. Everything was cooked to perfection & tasted fantastic! Angel took very good care of us! I got a Mediterranean salad and angus beef souvlaki with truffle sauce. It’s the best bang for the buck meal I had in Athens. The dining area is hidden in cul de sac so you have all the peace in the world on a quite Sunday noon. Plus the servers command good English and kinda cute. One of my best experiences as a tourist in Athens tbh

By far the best gyros in Athens and I tried a lot the past week. Cannot really judge the service since I did a take-out. What I can tell about the atmosphere is that everything is roasted at sight. The portions are humongous for a fair price.
