Two closed McDonald’s without warning online. Place was packed on Thursday of Halloweekend but Cece held down the fort. Worked with maximum efficiency making sure that all customers were taken care of. Amazing night shift would come again!

Thankful we decided to get a second order of fries. One was fresh and great, the other was not – tasted stale and like they were sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time and should have been thrown out.

Went through the drive-through for lunch and it was very speedy service so I was able to make it back to work on time. The food was fresh and hot overall a great lunch.

Sometimes they forget to pack an item. They always pack the paper bags way too full so food spills on the way home. And I have on more than one occasion been told (RUDELY) to call ahead if I have a large order (there were a couple of times we ordered for 4). If I knew beforehand that I wasn’t going to be able to cook dinner after work for some unforeseen reason, I would make sure I’d get us dinner somewhere other than at McDonald’s. Obviously McDonald’s is an emergency solution for most people – but what food staffer complains to their customers for bringing good business in??

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Ordered a Big Mac, fries and a Coke. Sounds simple enough. Got my order and sat down to eat, only to find my Big Mac didnt have any meat on it. Took it back up front. 5 minutes later they gave me a new sandwich, only this time no pickles onions or cheese. I ate it anyway, but when the employee came by our table, I let her know the new situation. She kind of giggled and walked away.
15 bucks an hour for employees who dont care and sandwiches with no meat on them.
Needless to say, I wont be back.

It took over 10 minutes to get any assistance, as soon as our order was taken they walked off neglecting the lobby and missing items. Very disappointed in my experience tonight as it clearly shows this McDonalds is understaffed. If I could I’d rate zero stars for service and atmosphere.

Gave My Son six dollars to get an order of fries he got back $.35 went up to the counter. The woman tried saying that she gave him a 51 in fact I had him count to me before he went up to the counter that in fact, he had 61 $ bills when she opened up the drawer, she took out a one dollar bill would not hand it to me, threw it at me and then walked away.

The service was very good and friendly. We ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg which came out as biscuits. The restrooms were very dirty and unkept. I’m guessing they aren’t usually this dirty.

Ordered a $5 meal deal and got no nuggets. The nugget box had only big mac sauce in it. Didn’t notice until i opened up the box. I’m not sure how you possibly mess this up. There was literally 1 other person in the drive thru. Whoever took my order seemed to be definitely under the influence. Had about 1 ice cube in my flat dr pepper.
