To all the white people I hope you feel better when you treat a Mexican-American like me like trash this morning. All I wanted was some iced mocha coffee and the white manager refused to serve me all because I was telling him that I wanted iced coffee and not blended, he lied said the machine was down got upset when I called him out on the stole car started calling me all types of racist names and said he was trespassing me just because I wanted some iced mocha coffee. Is this terrible? It’s a scary world. I’m definitely reporting this company and him for being racist to me.

Got food through the drive thru. Took almost 30 min and my entire order was wrong. I told them that it wasn’t what I ordered and they said deal with it and closed the window on me. Paid almost $30 and got one sandwich some sauce and a tea. Never going back there again

The fries are old. Always. There’s not usually a problem with the order, there’s always something wrong with the order.
The buns were kind of soggy, the burgers had kind of a funny vinegar aftertaste.
I hate that my McDonald’s sucks cause I live very close.
If you wanna know what good McDonald’s is go to one of the McDonald’s on the freeway between here and St. Cloud.
The fries are always fresh. The buns are always fluffy. The hamburgers are always well assembled.
Good thing there’s a Culver’s next-door.

The possible Manger Regina is very rude . I came about 4:30 in the morning to just get a breakfast sandwich before work . She states I can not use the code until 5 and I was a bit confused and asked why is that . She huffs at me and says “that’s how it’s always been” … ok ? I’m just trying to understand because it’s saying I can use it at this moment , again she says well It’s 5 . I pull to the window to get the receipt now she says I cancelled it out you’ll get a new code and just shuts the door . If that is how a manger acts I could just imagine the employees. I typically don’t go to this specific McDonald’s , I think I’ll pass on future endeavors .

Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of options to eat where I work so I end up eating at this particular location a lot. The last two times I came here to order something without dehydrated onion and both time have been labeled and with a receipt to say yes, but the actual food is not done as requested. To make matters worse when I brought the food in, there is no apology. Apparently me sliding the food across the counter and one of the sandwich is fine on the floor was enough for the employee to get the manager which is who I wanted anyway. When she came out and I explained to her that I am allergic to the dehydrated onions she wanted to know what she should do like it’s my job to come up with a solution for how horrible your workers are. But I simply stated I want you to pay for my medical bill if I have an allergic reaction. She decided that was time for her to call the cops at that time. I’m asking for a call or response from the actual owner of this location as the manager clearly isn’t capable of having a rational conversation unless I come up with solutions for a better way to order food and get what you order. I have not been reimbursed for my meal nor did I get a switch out. Absolutely disgusting experience.
Looks like reading through the reviews. This is a common theme and the fake manager must be the way of not having it get up to the people that would really care if they knew exactly what was going on in a store like this. I know because I run a store as a 45-year-old man and I would be awfully embarrassed if I knew this is how my store was being run without me there.

Okay I’ve been trying not to leave a review because this is the ONLY McDonald’s I go to. They’re usually pretty quick, well salted hot fries, everyone’s usually pretty nice and the food is usually perfect. But the last few times I’ve gone have been ridiculous. Today I went to my local McDonald’s to get their new bacon Cajun chicken sandwich and the sandwich was literally thrown together in the box. Usually when I open a sandwich box, I’m expecting a neat and tidy sandwich, not a sandwich that’s going to require me to go get a fork from home just to eat it. There was only 1 piece of bacon on it and 3 Pieces of tomato! Literally half a tomato just plopped into the middle of the sandwich. Serve people the food you would want to be given. Don’t be “that guy” it honestly makes me regret calling this McDonald’s my favorite. Be better.

I’m not sure if the employee who was working the window comprehended the idea of mobile app points. To give him the benefit of the doubt it was midnight and after saying the number that shows up in the app I said I wanted a happy meal but then after I realized my mistake and asked if I could change it to be obtained with points he said “no”. I then attempted a back and forth for about 10 minutes which resulted in me driving around to the curbside pickup and ordering it on the app.

My son was just dropped off at work. He’s behind me as I enter to get some filtered water. At the cashier, there is an owner and his dog. I passed the dog, but the dog became aggressive when my son passed him wearing a hoodie. The owner claimed that because of my son’s hoodie, his dog perceives him as a danger. Is it possible to remove the hoodie? I turned around. Is he being serious? Because of his foolish owner, the dog nearly died.
