This Chili’s location is amazing! The food is so good and fresh and hot. Wife and I enjoyed our dinner and had Joshua as our server. Omg he’s the best and makes you feel so welcomed and happy as a dinning customer. His section we observed while dinning in is full with customers literally requesting him at the front. He made our dinning experience amazing and always had refills on chips and drinks ready. Wife and I needing nothing he was offering it all like we were dinning in a 5 star restaurant. Chili’s District Supervisor if you’re reading this you have a gem having Joshua working for you!!! I would definitely promote him to some kind of manager and let him train and lead a Chili’s. He is a perfect example of how dinning service should be everywhere. Thank you Joshua for your service and dedication to your job.

The service is always great when we sit with OSCAR , we have been coming to this location for about 4 years now and recently just ran into Oscar about 2 years ago . And boy are we glad we did !!! We had a really good time! The food was good and the service was exceptional! Oscar was amazing! He is very friendly and highly attentive. We had a group of 7 people plus it was busy. Easily one of the best servers i have met. Made sure you were always taken care of and treated you like family! Best believe i will ask for him wherever i come back

We went to chili’s on a Friday night for dinner there were 7 of us and our server Heather is the best server I have had in a while when I’ve been there with the family, usually just me and my husband. She was Very Nice and patient with the whole family great interaction with our grandkids. No problem serving a big table and was very on top of everything never had to ask for a refill and she continuously ask if we needed anything to make sure our dinner was the best it could be. Heather should be given a raise or whatever is given for an exceptional server I have been to that Chili’s many times over the years and have never had great service like that from the wait staff. All I can say is she went above and beyond, and it was truly appreciated, and her tip was greatly given. I will ask for her from now on hopefully she will be there every time we go to eat.

Everyone here is kind and helpful! We’re from SC and our Chili’s is no where near as great! Our server, Oscar was A++! He made sure we were well taken care of. Helped us with the menu options. And we had a wonderful dinner. It seemed like all the employees worked hard and enjoyed their job. It was a very pleasant experience and I hope to return before we head back home.

Hubby and I were hungry and decided on chili’s it was ok the food was good the service wasn’t that great the girl was just blah I like my waitress or waiter to have some type of life in them..So while we were waiting on our food there must been a young lady I guess that worked there but was off and went to a concert. She was so loud guess she came there to drink at her job, mind you after the show.. People, if you’re off from work, go somewhere else. Why would you come to the place that gave you the day off? ♀️ She also yelled across the bar to another regular, the come to the bar and drink. I know that man was think why is she here on her day off Then the manager, which I’m use to them (meaning managers) at least smiling to there customers or stopping by the table to check on customer service. No, this dude was lent up against the bar, asking his employee the loud one above how the concert was. Also saw this same lady walk in the kitchen in her dress. I guess that’s allowed. Wow, people, you never know who is watching looking and paying attention to leadership in your workplace. We just wasn’t happy what we had to listen to by the bar, so we were just visiting, but we will never come back to this chili’s ever again. I’m not saying anything was wrong that either one did, so let’s get that clear.I I just thought it wasn’t very professional. I guess you feel a little bit different as you get older. Good thing the food was good, tho Kudos to the Chef

Tried a third time to get a steak medium cooked. Asked for medium rare this time and still got well done. Next time I’m gonna say rare and see if I get medium. Paid loke $51 with tip on a to go order. Have well done. Salmon was good tho and mac n cheese was fantastic.
