Great service good tvs with the right sports on but DAMN..it isn’t just this location but they should call their boneless wings chicken nibbles. They have consistently become smaller and smaller and now just ridiculously small. Cooks seem to work hard and food is well done but corporate needs to fix this…did they forget – it’s in the name! So disappointed

Sat down immediately! Waitress came to table in under a minute to get drink order. Food came out very fast and was perfect. My Waitress checked on me several times. Manager walked by to make sure everything was good. And even at the end, another team member made sure to ask if I wanted another drink.
Not sure why negative reviews from a few, but guessing nyc folk or new englash types.
To me? Great meal, good food, affordable, and wings couldn’t be any better! Thanks for a nice dinner.

Only went two times and both times super impressed with the service, food, and drinks. Food was on point. Serves hot and delicious. The chicken Cesar salad was huge and perfect. The mushroom Swiss burger was also perfect. We got the ultimate nachos and the plate was so full!! And delicious of course. Got garlic Parmesan wings and again perfect!

We decided to try several different flavors, and each one was fantastic. The spicy options had just the right kick, while the milder flavors were equally satisfying. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The restaurant itself was clean and airy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
Overall, I had a great experience and can’t wait to return to try more flavors. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving tasty wings!

Went October 2025 and thought it was strange they didn’t accept tap credit card and instead had to insert card into their terminal. Monitored my credit about a month after for fraud but low and behold now 5 months later I see a fraudulent charge. This is the only place I used my card in a terminal that could have been skimmed. FYI, Florida in general has had a major issue with skimming. Avoid any place that doesn’t accept tap.
Overall food was good. The second time I went though I was seated in a quiet area without the charm of any ambience. The service wasn’t as good as the 1st time I went. So food good, service hit & miss, and payment option is shady to say the least.

We had a great time here.. we were in a big group, so we asked lots of different dishes to try. Everything was excellent. The waitress was a lovely lady that checked regularly for our needs.

I placed a pickup order for dinner tonight for the 10 wings combo. According to my app, the pickup time was 8:30pm, I showed up at 8:27pm. A nice guy greeted me and went to check on my order. Then a young lady with curly hair asked if I’ve been helped, I told her the guy is checking on my order. She asked for my name, went to the back, and came back up and said it will be another 15 minutes. My response, was …it said it would be ready at 8:30, instead of apologizing she said “well it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes”. Her tone, hand gestures and neck rolling set me off. I asked her what’s the attitude for, and I kid you not, her response was, “I’m only giving you what I’m getting”. First off, I don’t believe I was giving an attitude at all, it was more-so frustration, second off, if an order says it’s going to be ready at a certain time then it needs to be ready AT THAT TIME. Or at least call someone to let them know that it’s taking a little longer so I’m not just sitting around, because at this point I had just got off work, I’m exhausted, I would’ve ordered delivery but I live a mile down the road, that would’ve been pointless. Shortly after she storms off, she says something to her coworker, but I didn’t hear it because it’s already loud in there. The coworker brings me my food and I ask for a manager. The nice guy that greeted me in the beginning was actually the manager which goes to show he cares to an extent. I tell him what happens and all he says is that he’s going to talk to her and gave a generic apology. I finally get back home and start eating, my wings are dry, and yes I know one of them has a dry rub, but it’s bland, and hardly any seasoning, the wet side barely has any sauce and everything taste burnt, and old. I’m too tired to drive back down the road and plus I have to get up early for work. Normally I have a good experience at BWW, but tonight sucked because I was looking forward to it. I won’t be back for a while, and if I do, I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location. This was awful. And that employee, she doesn’t need to be working with people and customers if she’s giving responses like that. I’m so upset I wasted my money on inedible food and horrible service.

Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The servers were doing the best they could, but the kitchen was not having a good day on my most recent visit. Everyone in the place were waiting forever to get their food, and my wife’s order was incorrectly made (the server recorded the order correctly – the kitchen messed it up). The food was good when we finally got it, but it was a journey.
I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but the kitchen service was not up to par.

We ordered buffalo tater tots, which came cold, Although we Informed the server he swapped it. The wing’s quality was poor barely had meat on it. The booths and tables are not cleaned properly. The server was nice. But need a good general manager/ manager to run this place. The entire staff looks pretty young and looks like they are being forced to work. They really have to focus on cleaning and maintaining this place in good conditions.
