Also was told I’d be refunded for the dessert pizza but Nope didn’t happen!!!!!!!Worst experience!! Order was to be ready at 5:35 we got there and waited another 20 minutes! The chips were soggy and the dessert pizza looked like they cobbled something together not even what we ordered!!

The food here is always fresh and tasty! The pizza and chicken are delicious, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The place is clean, family-friendly, and the dessert pizzas are amazing! Definitely one of my favorite buffets — totally worth it!

Litterly everytime we order pizza from pella pizza ranch for our lunch break we order it 2 plus hours ahead of time and it has never once come on time between 10-25 mins late everytime. The other half the time the pizza is messed up. Either no sauce at all or whe. You call to complain get told it’s your fault they cannot control there employees and the a replacement pizza that had enough sauce for 4 pizzas.

DISGUSTING. My wife and I went there today a little past lunchtime. The place was dirty and smelled like a toilet. We could finish our food. Had to leave. So surprised and disappoint. Will never go there again. Sad..!!
