Let me start by saying there is nothing better than a hot Krispy Kreme donut, however; this is not the place to get it.
I have visited this location at least 10 times over the years and I always leave disappointed. The cases are never full, like ever. No matter what time you come, you will be let down. Two weeks ago I went through the trouble of ordering ahead of time online, carefully choosing each donut to insure that my donut loving husband would have his favorites on his birthday. Upon pickup I was informed that they had only one of the 12 variety’s that I had chosen and I’d need to choose something else. Staring once again at an empty case I was forced to choose the stale leftovers of the day. We did get a dozen glazed, which I’m happy to say were fresh, silver lining.
This morning, my husband walks in at 9:32 on a Sunday and as you can see in the picture the shelves were damn near empty.
Empty shelves combined with employees that clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care whether or not you as the customer are satisfied, that’s how I would sum this place up. He walked out and went across the street to the other donut shop, where he was met with a smile and the shelves were fully stocked and fresh.
I am shocked at the rating of this place, perhaps it’s just the glazed donuts that keep it this high. I hope you take this review to heart and make some changes.

Got 10ct donut dots at 9:30 in the morning. Just to get some dry, cold, and hard pieces. I would not recommend this place if you want a fresh and warm breakfast.

Stopped in to get some original glazed doughnuts until I saw that they are $15.49 per dozen now. I opted for the 3 pk and I’m so glad I did. The 3 I got had hardly any glaze on it. When I asked the manager if they had cut back on the glaze he said no that when the mixture is too thin it runs off the doughnut and just walked away. He could have offered to find me some that had some glaze on it but nothing. If I want some dry doughnuts I will go to Food lion next time and get some at a fraction of the cost. Goodbye Krispy Kreme. And I know I’m just going to get a computer generated response to go somewhere else and tell about my experience so I don’t know why I even bothered.

Then we said we would like the following. We got the order and went to car to eat no-one in the store.
The doughnuts were hard so not fresh. $10.00 down the drain.
this place needs management and hire people that want to work and give customers a little kindness.
Please don’t bother with this store.

Please stop filling the drinks 3/4 full. I purchased two hot chocolates that were ridiculously low. The lady at the window said they could remake them while frantically trying to multitask and take the next order. I told her not to worry about it because I knew this would be my last visit to this location. I’ve had to come inside once before to have beverages remade because they lacked the advertised flavor, only to find out they were out of an ingredient but still tried to pass it off, so I switched to something else. At these prices, I expect to get what I pay for in both flavor and quantity.

The strawberry icing donuts were stale and hard. The Oreo icing donut wasn’t fully covered in icing. One of the original glazed donuts was missing icing on one side. The drive thru staff were friendly, but they didn’t understand that this was an online order until I showed them the order breakdown on my phone. I’d recommend driving a little further to go to a different store that will serve donuts that are fresh and properly prepared.

Ordered food the night before for pick up at 6:30 arrive at 6:30. Doors are locked building opens at six have to wait and drive through line for over half an hour to get donuts. Call the store and get rude employee telling me that they can’t open the store because they don’t have enough employees and he didn’t care that we had 60 people outside and one of him hangs up on me absolutely horrible customer service.

The staff and donuts are amazing but the assistant manager needs some customer service training. Kris took 3 customers before helping his employees with the machines which were messing up my order when they put it in there. I gave 5 stars because another employee (amazing gentleman) was trying to give us his employee discount and the employee at the register was apologizing and being kind while that assistant manager was taking other customers and telling her to “hold on”. 5 stars for the employees and the do it’s and the service. 1 star for the assistant manager.

Basic experience, basic donuts. I’ve come around 8pm before & been barked at through the drive thru speaker that they were only doing original glazed donuts the rest of the night…& the hot now sign wasn’t even on. I was appalled at the employees attitude. When I came at 8pm the next time & actually walked in, it was a different tune. Unfortunately it looked like 2 younger workers were the only ones running the drive thru & in store orders while another 2 employees just stood in the back talking. Disappointing honestly.
