The worst Chipotle around. Stay away from this place. Ordered online, went picked it up, went back to work and the order was completely wrong. Went back to Chipotle with a good attitude even though it was a nuisance. I was met with nothing but attitude from the night manager, she acted as if it was my fault. No apology, or sorry for my troubles. Got the bowl back to work and it was trash, got half way done and lost my appetite. Don’t go here unless you’re dying from starvation.

I had to take 2 days to calm down from my most recent experiences at this chipotle. My job is across the street and apart from Panera this is the healthiest alternative if I don’t bring lunch. I have been to this establishment twice this week and both times were awful. Earlier this week I went on my lunch break and ordered in person. No one knew or could give exact details on what was and wasn’t included in the quesadilla meal. And all the workers had serious attitudes when it came to customers of color. But bright smiles to palm colored folks. And I ignored it the first time just thought it was an off day. I genuinely dislike bringing race into it. But then on Thursday July 17th I ordered online. I got to this chipotle a little earlier than expected by like 2 minutes so I was expecting to wait. Went in with a smile on my face was instantly greeted with another nasty acting worker. With attitude she said to me, “what are you waiting on a mobile pick up order” which I didn’t think was towards me because she didn’t even look at me. Then she says, yeah you are you waiting for a pick up order” with a mug on her face. I say yes. She goes and immediately grabs it from the back and throws the bag in my hand without even looking me in the eye. Whilst a customer who was already there, and palm colored, she graciously looked in the eye and smiled, she says with the most polite tone “oh your order will be right up” Again I chose to ignore this and try to shake it off! But then I sat down to eat my quesadilla at work. Thank god I don’t just dig in and devour. I got 2 bites in and when I went to rip the 3rd piece off there was a big chunk of plastic in my quesadilla. Overall I’m so disappointed with customer service, the lack of a quality check to make sure there aren’t pieces of plastic in their meat. It also means they weren’t paying attention while making the order because the piece is too big not to be noticed.

Nothing but a disappointment here. Ordering through the chipotle app and picking up at this chipotlane is a rip off! This is just the most recent experience I’ve had, but even the multiple orders I placed in the mobile app for pickup at the chipotlane before this were just as bad.. this is the worst though.. you’ll always get less than half of the portions you’re supposed to get and less than half of the bowl filled when you don’t go inside and order it while they are in front of you yourself! This bowl is supposed to have a EXTRA chicken AND EXTRA steak, EXTRA white rice, EXTRA cheese and EXTRA sour cream (refer to my picture of my order). My bowl should be overflowing or filled to the rim AT LEAST! This is what my bowl looked like when I opened it! It looks like someone ate almost half or at least a third of the bowl! AND/OR put their fingers in it, you literally can see their finger lines! For almost a $17 dollar order this is just a slap in the face and no where near worth the price I paid for! BEWARE!

Since when is a tortilla on the side with a burrito bowl an extra 50¢? Prices have risen too high. My burrito (“boo-rito”) was tasty. They didn’t use the order tracker so I didn’t know it was ready and it was sitting around a while, but that’s probably because they were super busy for Halloween.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. I ate on a dirty table. There were no napkins or forks. I had to ask for them. Two employees came out to the dining room. I thought they were going to clean, but they sat down in the filth and had a break. An employee literally just came out of the womens bathroom and left the mess. I don’t know who the manager is, but, they should be fired.

Never again. I come to this horrible location all the time because it’s by my work. Ordered tonight through the app it was $14. I get the bag and can tell immediately I got shorted. They can’t even fill the bowl now for $14? Look at how the bowl is like 60% filled how pathetic. This location is the worst! Never again! Chipotle just lost a customer.

It’s absolutely abysmal that when ordering through the app, that the staff barely puts any food inside the bowls at all. Ordered double chicken and double rice and apparently this is supposed to be double chicken. I’ve had this happen multiple times from this place!!! Paying about $13+ dollars for THIS is highway robbery!! It’s amazing how they skim the amount of food when ordering online.
