Solid enough. First US side Outback experience. On this vacation, it was arguably the best value meal we got. 2x sirloin & shrimp went down well. Perfect cook on both steaks and a bonus soup doesn’t hurt.
We had Ryan serving us and I have to say he and his trainee were out of this world. Had some great chats between orders and appreciated his attentiveness given the restaurant was full.
Will be trying Outback’s closer to home in the future.

As soon as I walked in, I knew it was gonna be loud, but I thought at least I’ll get a great steak. The steak was OK, a little under cooked, I asked for medium this was medium rare I think. The photos there so you decide. The sides were really nice and the potato. The salad was OK and it was done incorrectly the first time. Without question, they fixed it right away. Actually, a few things were wrong, but I guess close enough. The staff were very friendly, but service was not so good. I was asked several times how I was doing before I had food. Nothing wrong with that. As soon as I got my food, didn’t see anyone after that to ask me if it was fine. I was expecting a little bit better attention to detail. Young servers… inexperience I think. Overall, I would go again, but this time was not so great. Too much noise and too many kids jumping around. It’s a family steakhouse not a premium steakhouse. But my dinner still cost about $60 bucks, all in without alcohol so by no means. I would give it another try, but would not rush back. If I see a bunch of kids in the window, I’ll probably just keep walking.

Had dinner there tonight. The food took almost an hour to arrive. The manager, Brad can to our table and took the time to explain that one of his cooks left and they were very behind. I appreciated Brad’s accountability and transparency. I’ll be back again.

Outback is renowned for its exceptional appetizers, such as the Blooming Onion and outstanding wings. Our recent order included a Blooming Chicken with fries, Coconut Shrimp with mashed potatoes, and grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. All dishes were served promptly and at an optimal temperature, meeting our expectations for quality and presentation. The service was excellent, and the pricing was favorable. The blooming onion was amazing, it’s my favorite.

The evening started off great. The gentleman that seated us was very friendly and nice. The initial encounter with the waiter in training and his trainer was great. Everything fell apart as the food was delivered to the table. My steak was supposed to have garlic butter on it and salt only. It had nothing on it and took 5 minutes to get the garlic butter. My mashed potatoes were Luke warm, the cheese didn’t begin to melt. I told the waiter and he said he was getting me a replacement but it never arrived nor did the waiter to refill our water and ask if we needed anything else. We had ordered more bread and butter which also never came. They didn’t show up again until we were ready for the check. I mentioned that the potatoes never came and received a small discount on the bill. I would stay far away from this Outback! I told the gentlemen who seated us and his response was that’s unfortunate.

Upon entering the restaurant, we encountered a manager who was extremely serious and not friendly at all. We were then seated and waited a while before our server finally arrived and introduced himself. Even he acknowledged that it took a long time to come to our table. The person who brought us the bread was the worst. With a very arrogant attitude, he asked us to move the kiosk to the back of the table. My wife didn’t understand what he meant, so in a very sarcastic manner, he said that the table was big enough towards the wall and that the last time he took physics, he learned about space and distances. I moved the kiosk towards me and told him I needed it since I was checking out the menu on it. The food was not very good for the price; next time I will go to Longhorn instead. Lastly, the server never once offered any refills on our sodas, and we couldn’t even find him to ask for one. In summary, it was a horrible experience and horrible service. We will never come back to that place. What a waste of money and time!

I’m just going to call it an ok place. They have some good combo prices with an appetizer, main course and dessert combo. I was trying to be nice with the service, but I promise this was not the place if you want servers that keep a good eye out to clear empty plates or attend to a refill. That said, the inclusive bread is a solid reliable, and a Caesar side salad is a decent start, though just very normal as the dressing goes. I had a half slab of ribs, the sauce it was coated with went well, but there honestly wasn’t a ton of meat, but some of the fat was crispy and flavored. Not something I would get again. What I will say they got right was a GREAT loaded baked potato. Cooked just right, great mix of add ins and very balanced salting on the outside. The staff all through the restaurant seemed in a hurry, all the time, yet I saw several tables, like mine, waiting for someone to come check in. It was reasonable, but I’m not jumping to rush back.

It was a good experience food came in a timely manner and tasted good. The three course meal was worth the money although I got the 8oz sirloin and my granddaughter got the 6oz. both looked the same to me, so just go ahead and get the 6oz.
We got the to go $10 meal will see how that works out when I get home.
I don’t understand why all these restaurants are no longer giving paper napkins, and when you do ask they bring you the napkins that you use to dry your hands in the bathroom, not a good look, but alas outback is not the only one doing this.
Overall the food was good and so was the service.
