I genuinely only post positive reviews for places but this experience was bad enough i feel the need to warn others. I’m gonna be so for real. Worst Olive Garden ever. don’t eat here.
It’s nasty. The service was BAD, our waters sat empty the whole time out server said literally two words to us the whole time and had to be tracked down to get anything we needed. We had to ask for refills, dishes to be cleared, etc literally everything but the worst part was it was SO UNCLEAN. The restaurant was really dirty…. i should’ve taken pictures of the restaurant when we were eating but i was trying to not look as to eat but in the way out i took one of our daughters to the restroom watched a server walk out of the stall – the one pictured with poop all over it.. not wash her hands and walk out…. We are from out of town so we won’t be back but yeah.. don’t go

Waitress wasn’t attentive to any of her tables. I asked 3 Xs for a drink refill of my $4 plus iced tea and never got it. Told them we were celebrating my birthday yet wasn’t offered any dessert, even to purchase. Took way too long to check out. And she was tipped well even after all that because I was feeling generous even though she was terrible. Other tables commented the same. Other servers and management was trying to smooth things over but highly disappointed! For a $60 lunch, I expected better.

It was a friend’s birthday and they came out and sang to her and gave her a FREE dessert! It was amazing and a solid memory for us all. Call ahead or you will wait for about an hour to be seated during high volume times.

Wierd vibe, not warm or inviting, got seated in a empty back room, the only other people that came in were the wait staff, one to serve and a bus boy hiding to eat breadsticks with his back to us looking at a coat rack.. the fettuccine was flavorless and dry, and the sirloin was cooked to my preference. The salad was good. She got my drink order wrong. Cheese sticks were decent. They tried to seat another couple in the empty back room with us. They didn’t stay and asked to be seated somewhere else. It wasn’t like the restaurant was crowded. It was odd to us to be seating certain people way in the back. W h en the front of the restaurant was empty also,

Came in for a late birthday dinner. I sat for over fifth-teen minutes before I was greeted. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted bread sticks or anything. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Wonderful experience on a walk in take out order. The host and waitress were kind and efficient. Order was quickly made and I was guven a complimentary lemonade as I waited for my order. Was in and out in 12 min tops.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I can’t say I’m upset with the atmosphere as in busy/noise level. Service not so great, I would like to say to was to our server alone, who did not put our food order in until after we ate our appetizers/salad. We did not see her much after that and my drink was never refilled, and was empty not just low. (I did not get the name) The meal it’s self was decent, but not a wonderful experience overall.

Our server was new so a few kinks to work out but super friendly and kind. The food was great. Soup was perfect with a great temperature not too hot or cold.
