Honestly, more than a 4 but less than 5 stars. The food was all really quite good. Had the chicken in marinara and my wife had the baked chicken. Huge portions of sides. We got too many as we wanted to try a bunch of their offerings. The spinach hummus was the surprise. Really tasty. Italian green beans, diced tomatoes, the Greek salad and the regular hummus were all excellent. It is a cafeteria line serving style. The staff were fantastic and lovely. Took the time to explain all our options and each of the sides. Easy to manage. Finished with walnut baklava and hazelnut chocolate. It was the only two options today. Both were moist and sweet with a crisp outer layer. I preferred the more traditional walnut but either would be nice with a coffee. The place was very busy as we sat there. About 1PM on a very rainy Saturday and 3/4 of the place was full. It was a little expensive but that was partially our fault for getting all the extra sides. If we lived here and could sample sides 1 or 2 at a time, it would be more affordable. Lastly, good bread. Went back for more.

My family and I used to eat here constantly. Fresh, variety of food, good service. I went there today and this is my last trip. Increased price for what they offer. I ordered the top menu choice. No eggplant, no cauliflowers options anymore.
Very limited. No lemonade anymore, just sodas. The basket for the bread had the papers greasy as if already used before. I ordered One beef and one chicken kebabs, but they gave me de the lamb and beef. The gave me later the chicken as I complained so I tasted all 3 to leave them all on the table could not be eaten, dry, super salty, no flavor at all. Food was not even hot, meat disgusting. This restaurant used to be packed at lunch time, not any more. I do not usually write negative reviews always giving the benefit of the doubt, but this one I could not hold as it was a very bad experience and I left the food on the table. Refer to photos

My wife and I were in Frisco this past week for a conference and ate dinner here one evening. We love Mediterranean food of all types and decided to try this restaurant. The food was very good, the service fast, and the staff very friendly. Enjoyed our first experience with this chain.

Terrible food.

I ordered the chicken adana wrap, but the meat was just chunks of chicken breast with no discernable seasonings or flavor. In fact the only flavors in the entire wrap came from the pickles and the garlic sauce (which had very little garlic, mostly tasted like mayo).

The hummus wasn’t great, a bit too bitter for my taste but I know some places make it like that so it didn’t bother me. The worst part was the MOLD on the bread. It was a small spot, green and fuzzy. I found it on my second piece, so hopefully I didn’t eat any on the first piece without realizing.

The baklava was also not very good, the top layer of pastry was completely dry, as were the chunks of walnut inside (which were way too big); the only syrup in the baklava was on the bottom layer, seemed like it was made dry and then placed in a pan that had syrup on the bottom.

The best part of the meal was the salad (which was just a few leaves of romaine, one halved cherry tomato, and some feta with a basic vinaigrette) and that’s pretty sad.

Each of these issues individually wouldn’t completely put me off from giving them a second chance, but taken all together is just unacceptable. I won’t be back, there’s much better options in the area.

We met our friends at Fadi’s and were delightfully surprised. The staff was very attentive to our needs and the food was delish, not to mention the portions were mammoth! For plant based eaters there are a multitude of choices!!! We will definitely be back!

Our first time in, the staff was so helpful in deciding what to get. We got the Fadi’s chicken, beef and lamb gyro, lentils, rice, cucumber salad, pasta salad. Everything was warm, flavorful and tasted like legit home cooked meals. They also had fresh baked pita bread and chips.

The portions were super generous, we ate our fill and had to take the rest to go. The owner was so kind and very passionate about the food. Overall a very friendly atmosphere, delicious mediterranean food. Highly recommend the Fadi’s chicken!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Fadi’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager, Wail. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His positive energy and attention to detail made the visit feel special, not just like another meal out.

Even after moving away, this is still my favorite Mediterranean restaurant, and I make sure to eat here every single time I’m back in town—that’s how good it is.

The food is phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. I highly recommend the 4 sides + one meat combo with hummus, Greek salad, roasted cauliflower, and green beans paired with the roasted chicken. Every item tastes homemade and full of authentic flavor. The pita bread deserves its own shoutout—soft, warm, and absolutely delicious.

And don’t miss what I now call “Wail’s special sauce”: mix the garlic sauce with the hot sauce—it’s a game changer! It takes the meal to a whole new level.

Between the amazing quality of the food and the exceptional service from Wail, this is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in town and will continue recommending Fadi’s to everyone I know!

I came in for the second time today and was just as impressed as my first visit last month. Wail, the GM, is one of the most genuine and hospitable people I have ever met. He walked us through all the different options they offer to make sure we got the food we wanted most. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and how much people love his food. My husband and I shared one of the bigger plates and everything was delicious! The red pepper hummus was incredible and we loved the generous about of vegetables that came with our chicken and steak kebabs. We tried the potatoes and cauliflower as well as 2 of the baklavas for dessert, all of which were delicious. We felt so welcomed by Wail. He checked on us and the other diners throughout our dining experience just to make sure everyone was happy. We love this place and we truly can’t wait to go back!
