Featuring over 40 televisions, incredible sound system and state of the art patio space with retractable roof and windows.Dugan’s is known for bringing Buffalo Style Chicken Wings to Atlanta way back in 1979 at our first location in the Highlands area of Atlanta.We like to say that if you ate a Buffalo Wing in Atlanta in the 80’s it was probable one of ours! Went on a Friday for happy hour and stayed for music bingo. Had a good time. Drinks were decent. Bingo was fun – won a game, so will be back for it again! Lol. Turkey burger is the best around the area. Normally can’t find one that’s tasty and of good size outside of making them at home. This was both. Catfish nuggets and queso/chips were good as well.

Popular neighborhood sports bar in the mall. Menu is limited to burgers, Mexican dishes, wings and other bar food. We had a delicious burger and cheese steak with a Caesar salad and fries we shared. We also had wine and sweet water draft beer. Nice selection of draft beer. Lots of TVs and pretty loud music. Service was outstanding. There was a youth soccer team on the enclosed patio. I with they didn’t use plastic flatware.

Went to catch some of the Saturday and Sunday NFL games. People are friendly. Bunch of guys there. Not the place to go if you want music and ladies. The attendance of women is VERY limited. I’ve been 5 times and only once did they have a DJ otherwise they have the jukebox that rarely play – but you have to pay-to-play. Lots of TVs so you always have a good seat to watch the game if that is what you’re there for. Food is average bar and grill food. Service has always been friendly.

Dugan’s is our go-to place for wings. The food offerings are your typical bar fare – burgers, fries, wings, etc. Orders come out quickly and are very tasty. What’s even better though, is that there is a homey, community vibe. The place is spacious and clean. Yolanda “Yo yo” was our server & she did a great job. Attentive, sincere, very genuine & friendly. There were two of us for dinner & we thought the price was quite reasonable. From the posters near our table it looks as if they have Karaoke & Trivia nights. There are big screens around too for people interested in getting a drink & watching a game. They have indoor & outdoor seating.

Came here to play pkay bat poker. We have 30+ people and we all wait8ng for our order to conglomerate but turn around seeing 3 of our waitresses sitting together rather then come and check on us. Manager is even worse, pounding chest vouching for things then later ignore his own words.

Mike is the best manager an establishment could ever ask for. He is fair, firm, and most of all consistent. He always displays a calm, inviting, and welcoming demeanor. Since the first time I met Mike 16 years ago, he has never abandoned the true essence of business which is customer service. Not only does he demand it of himself, he also makes sure that his employees live by the Dugans moto of excellence.

Having just left a well known jewelry store nearby my client wanted wings, but his experience at Dugan’s was rather lackluster. When my client arrived he notified the bar attendant, Roxanne, that we had called over the phone for pick up. His name is unique and the order was under his middle name, which we usually use in replacement of his first name to alleviate any unwarranted attention. When he goes to pay with his card (since they do not take Apple Pay or any contactless pay) Roxanne says to him, “well I hope the ID matches your order name and card cause if not I can’t give you this food”. Okay.. so he gives his ID to which she says, “OH, it’s your middle name” to which she accepts payment. She doesn’t even apologize to him for the snarky remark or her mistake. Roxanne’s tone was condescending the entire time as if my client had stolen someone else’s information to pay, simply because he used his middle name as the pick up name. At that moment, my client looks over at me and I can tell he just wants to pay and leave. She then says she can’t run his card at the visible bar counter where pick up is allocated and instead, “has to take it to the back to run it”. Very odd. In between she comes back, without his card, and says, “ha, this is your fault if you ask me”. They finally bring him his card and receipt out the back suspiciously, resulting in him just taking his card and leaving with his order that had been ready since he walked in the door. From what I observed, customer service is not you all’s strong suit and this was a terrible, drawn out, experience that was supposed to be streamlined through ordering over the phone. The food had been ready since before he told Roxanne his name for pick up because she reached over and grabbed the bag belonging to him as soon as he attempted to pay originally. I walked inside a few minutes before him, so I watched the entire thing. The extra events that unfolded took approximately 10-15 mins of extra time after the food being checked and payment being exchanged. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and if you’ve never been here, steer clear entirely.
Edit: He did want me to add this, though. Despite his terrible customer service experience, the wings were to his liking. Much appreciation to the kitchen.

It’s an all new spot since November 2023. The last one standing from what most people know and remember. The atmosphere is probably the best thing about Dugans. You will see a variety of people at different times of the day, but all are welcomed at all times of the day.
Now they have Karaoke Night, which is a blast! Trivia night draws a full bar and tables. I hear good things about Poker Night, too. They have DJ Lowki on Saturday and Sundays.

I have patronized Dugan since 1997 . I love Ponce De Leon location. Even when it was on Memorial dive and the Flat Shoals location. I tried the Northlake location today and the service was slow . I ordered a Bob Marley and it was not strong. Waitress asked if I want to change my drink I did. I ordered a Long Island and it was watery. The food was good. But service is too slow . I added a picture of the Top Shelf Long Island
