Didn’t get a pic of my husbands burger… but majority of it was raw- it was supposed to be cooked medium. I felt it and was disgusted.
I personally wanted to send it back but yall are extremely lucky my husband isn’t picky- even tho he complained about it the last few bites.
However the beloved egg rolls I always come to BJs for were amazing, same with the Dubai martini.
Dissatisfied that my “lunch” chicken parm didn’t come with a garlic knot.. pasta was also half hard. Chicken however was cooked perfectly.
Our server never gave us refills for our drinks (water and sweet tea)
When my dessert came, I was HIGHLY dissatisfied how it didn’t look like the picture shown. Barely any knafa, ice cream already half melted— like it was just sitting in their pickup zone for sometime.
And when it came time for military discount they only discounted my husbands meal and not mine when I also have a ID.
I’ve had wayyyyy better experiences at other BJs. Probably won’t return to this location.

So my third underwhelming went as follows, my girlfriend and I pay a visit to BJs for our 2 year anniversary celebration. Starting issue my girlfriend and I ask if we can substitute the grilled chicken for fried chicken on the cali club, our server gives us an answer of “I can write it on the ticket, and hope for the best.” What happened to asking the kitchen if that can be done before giving an answer? I’ve never been to an establishment that didn’t first ask the kitchen staff if something could or couldn’t be done. When I decided to get the new Orleans jambalaya the server talked it up pretty well and you know? It tasted pretty great, the problem? Each and every bite was a different temperature, some bites were absolutely incredible while others awful or just mid. I was even told “I’ll have the jambalaya out with the soup” making me think that it would be fresh hot, what I got tasted like everything had been fired off at the same time and the base sat in the hot window while the toppings sat to the side then when it came to plate my order, they just threw it on the plate without bringing it back up to temperature. I would think if I’m paying for a meal it should be hot when it comes out, there should never be a need for a plate to be taken back to the kitchen to reheat something that just went out. I didn’t feel like talking to the server about this because of my negative experiences before leaving me feeling as though talking to them would get no where. Especially when the bone in wings I had a month ago were terribly dry and came with no side for the same $18 you could pay at any wing establishment and get more food and better quality. For a restaurant of this level, there must be better.

We love coming to BJs. It’s family friendly and has big booths. The menu is large so you can accommodate the picky eaters. They have over flow parking and the AC is great. We got quoted 30 min for a busy Saturday and still got seated in 20m. Everything we ordered tasted great and the server was awesome.

Edit: thank you to management for making the effort to reach out and talk about our experience. Great way to show good customer service.
Really disappointed in our takeout order. We’ve had great experiences at other locations, but our most recent stop here cut our portions dramatically for our family meal. We paid for 24 oz of mashed potatoes and 12 oz of broccoli, and received less than 12 oz COMBINED, including the weight of the container. We got 6 broccoli florets and a single scoop of mash instead of full family sides.

Ordered through door dash and my steak was nearly raw. Door dash didnt seem to think that was an issue. Very tough. Never had a ribeye with such crazy tough texture. Definitely wasn’t worth what it cost me.

Extremely poor experience !! Starting with having to wait to be seated because they did not have enough servers to manage the very few people they had in the restaurant. Secondly, there were senior management in the restaurant that didn’t seem to care about their customers Experience it took us 45 minutes to get our food our server was incompetent at best. The food was served in stages. One of us was able to finish our meal prior to any of the rest of us getting our food, one of the burgers we had was rare at best, although it was ordered, medium the pizza that we normally love was served with very little cheese and about 50% less Topping than normal my family and I are loyalty customers and have enjoyed BJ’s many times over the last number of years! Senior managers that were obviously there didn’t pick up a finger to help their staff in any way shape or form. it was an abysmal experience and the likelihood of going back to the BJ’s in Pensacola is slim to none

I have been ordering your spaghetti for several years now but tonight a received a delivery of a tiny portion of spaghetti for $23.99 that was partially uncooked. The portion & food wasn’t worth the price. Disappointed.

Top notch place! Everything we had here was absolutely fantastic. The calamari was top notch and the white sauce had came with it was incredible. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good, however, it does not come with enough chips, we had to ask for more, and even then we had a fair amount of dip left over. Their burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted very good. Their fries were good but they were seasoned in something and I felt it was a little too much. Their BBQ sauce was very good. Kids pizza was just okay. Chicken tenders were good.

Around Thanksgiving we took our little out for a nice dinner and he ordered a chicken sandwich. I got pizza and my wife got salmon. Little did we know there was a self tapping screw on our littles sandwich. Thank goodness it didn’t hurt him. I will never return to eat at this establishment as long as I live in Pensacola. This was our 5 or 6th eating there and our last. The workers were nice but apparently the kitchen lacks attentiveness. If i had to guess the screw was from a shelf of some sort above the sandwich toppings. Unacceptable and crazy.
